The overall project consists of the construction of two office buildings and a multifamily residential building on parcel 1.3 of the newly developed “La Cartoucherie” eco-district in Toulouse, France.
V on Shenton is located at 5 Shenton Way in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District and occupies the space of the former UIC Building.
The Belvedere tower’s innovative form, is both informed and defined by the constraints of it’s site, it’s design began with rigorous analysis of these urban surrounding.
Apartment 210, with 11 residential units and the total area of 2500 square meters has been constructed on a land of 1000 square meters in the second phase of Mehrshahr district in Karaj. Unit areas vary from two-bedroom 115 square meters to three-bedroom 210 square meters. The construction of this project began in the summer of 2012 and was completed in the spring of 2014. The structure of this building has a concrete skeleton and its mechanical installations are the mix of evaporative coolers and water heaters with split units.
A built structure of a seven-store apartment which two floors of them are under the ground was given to us to be designed. In that phase, we had to design the plans and also a façade which could create a strong connection between the interior and exterior spaces. Having interior spaces with an open view in spite of reaching an adequate privacy was required by our client. Thus, this issue played a crucial role in the designing process of the façade.
Criteria
Salariyeh is a residential building that has been formed in the city of. The buildings that are formed in the urban context & body in regard to the criteria and regulations of the municipality have different challenges and limitations. These projects typically have the same facade dictated and certain plans, that prevent any dynamism and spatial quality within and out of the project, as well as the connection between the interior and exterior of the building, is not created.
The project, at first conceived as a white building with great transparency for its interior, eventually evolved to the work presented here, with the intention of a more sober gesture and a greater relationship with the urban environment in which it is inserted.
Spridd and Etat´s award-winning design for the residential building in Norrköping is now realized. The project “Weave” won the international competition MIPIM Architectural Review Future Project Award in 2013 in the prestigious category for residential houses.
Four51 Marlborough is a new contemporary luxury multifamily residence in Boston’s historic Back Bay. Located on Marlborough Street, the neighborhood’s brownstones, brick sidewalks, and wrought iron fences capture the quintessential, historic charm of Boston. The design team faced the challenge of weaving a contemporary residential building into the fabric of this historic neighborhood on one of the last available parcels of land. This process required months of a design collaboration with both the client and the Back Bay Historic Commission. As a whole, the project reinforces the character of Marlborough Street through its modern interpretation of the Back Bay’s traditional architecture and materials.
