In Colonia del Valle, a neighborhood located in Mexico City is found PRV 843, an exclusive apartment building. One of the main concerns of the project was to connect the life inside the building with its context. This was accomplished by the creation of a glassy front façade which allows having a direct relationship with the vegetated streets and a Jacaranda that ended up to be the main character.

1. Symbiosis of Work and Life
Seongsu-dong 3/1 Building is located in a narrow residential area which is hard to find in heavy industry areas. When you walk few steps away from the narrow street, you will see various types of running factories. While many factories are transferred to outskirts of the city due to capitalistic values, Seongsu-dong still provides active and health cityscape where work and life exist together without boundary.
The elongated plot A forms the start to the new urban district ‘Greencity’ and is strongly influenced by the neighbouring street and railway. We used this essentially ʻimpossible situationʼ as the impulse to develop a narrow, elongated building with an expressive character that can develop a sense of identity.
Ribeirão Preto is a country city of the state of São Paulo of great importance in the areas of economy, tourism, education, research and, mainly, in the business area. The city hosts major events such as the National Book Fair of Ribeirão Preto, the Agrishow and the João Rock festival, which attract both national and international audiences.
The project is located in Mosha, Iran and is about design of two villas in a site with an area of 2000 sq.m. And 40% slope. The important point at the beginning of the design is about locating zones on site and according to client order, the site was divided into 3 parts and the middle part is the common area between two villas. In this area, we placed pool volume as a valuable element and two stairs that are backbones of design and dividers of each villa’s border.
Astor is a 4 storey apartment complex is located in the North Sydney suburb of Crows Nest. The design contains 50 units. The surrounding area is an exclusive leafy suburb thus the design had to achieve the highest standard of finish and quality. The site is located on a busy main road and is overlooked on all sides, so we designed the ‘U shaped’ scheme to face into a quiet central landscaped courtyard which is oriented north for sun. All of the units are accessed from this courtyard via outdoor screened walkways. Thus the design blends landscaped areas with the internal apartment spaces.
Located in Xuhui No.26 Block in Shunyi District of Beijing, the project was commissioned by Xuhui Group’s Beijing office to create a small-scale sharing space in a leisure park. Powered by the sharing economy in vogue, the space can be booked by residents through an intelligence system. Moreover, through collaboration with BREEAM system in UK and LEED system in the US, the project serves as a zero-energy consumption demonstrative project in cold areas of North China, aiming to reduce energy consumption, improve thermal comfort, and promote sustainability through theme activities of mitigating the increasingly severe environmental problems.
THE PAVILIA BAY is a luxury residential project that sails under iridescent sunlight upon the Rambler Channel.
