Marina Tower is the tallest tower in New Quay Central’s master plan at 44 storeys. The architectural proposition was to challenge the normal conventions of the high-rise typology – the stacked repetitive floor plate – with a sculptural urban form with shifting and cantilevering floor plans and apartment types.

As a guardian, your position is an extension of your soul, and you will spend a life-time patrolling and providing guidance in time and space as part of this position. The independent home symbolizes independence as well as unity on the part of the owners. Hao Design tries to introduce sensitive touches that gently unravel themselves in a comforting style during day-to-day routines.

There are few suburbs in Melbourne that have arguably as strong of a personality or local street culture as Collingwood, the inner north of Melbourne. In the past ten years we have seen a strong push towards increased density and desirability due to its proximity to the CBD, but more importantly because of the street, food and art culture. The gentrification of Collingwood has come at a cost, with many examples of middle-class values driving certain flavors and styles of development and architectural style.

In this project, we hope everywhere is full of the scenery, picture, light, mood and life, so very greedy to show all the content in the project, so we are very greedy to show all the content in this project.

‘Five story house’ is the vertically stacked result of a single- family house on a small site in highly dense city, Seoul, Korea. In less than 100m2 property area with required setbacks and parking regulation, this tall and skinny house creates ‘vertical living’ with different floor zonings. In Korea where the real estate is one of the most effective investment tools, purchasing a flat is the common way to increase ones assets.  Living in a flat with living room, kitchen, dining and bedrooms in a single floor, is typical residential environment in Seoul. Considering economic value of flats through redevelopment and the familiarity of living infrastructure, a vertically stacked house with small floor area is a provocative residential type in this culture. The additional cost based on complicated construction on small site, increased area of interior & exterior envelop and neighbors’ complaints within dense urban fabric are downsides of the developing this type of vertical house. Nonetheless, recently this vertical house is at the fore among the people who had grown up at the flats in 80s/ 90s and look for their living values in diverse spatial qualities which cannot be achieved from the flats.
