Boho elements bring a relaxed essence to these two luxurious modern home designs. The earthy boho accents softly counteract the crisp linearity of contemporary furniture and upmarket abodes. In our first featured visualization, we tour a high-end residence that’s detailed with elegant curves and designer wooden furniture. The boho spirit flows out onto a welcoming pool terrace, and into a beautiful master bedroom and bathroom. Our second luxurious modern boho home is crowned with a commanding wood slatted ceiling treatment that provides the interior with visual warmth and texture. A vertical garden grows a green interior accent wall, and eye-catching floor tiles spread delicate pattern underfoot.

Our first home design features a high-ceilinged boho living room with exposed ceiling beams. A calm atmosphere falls over the space, which exudes from natural wood tones, mature indoor plants, and soft silhouettes.

A designer lounge chair and Pierre Jeanneret’s Kangaroo Chair stand at the opposite side of a unique wooden coffee table design. Dried pampas grass makes a boho-inspired coffee table centerpiece.
The living room dining room combo is filled with natural daylight, thanks to enormous windows on three sides.
A square jute rug visually defines the lounge area from the adjacent dining space.
Two dining room pendant lights illuminate the full length of a rectangular wooden dining table. The wooden dining chairs are Easy chairs, designed by Pierre Jeanneret.
The formal dining chair arrangement is casually broken up by a pair of boho wooden dining stools on one side and a wooden dining bench on the other.
An archway elegantly frames the open-plan kitchen. A kitchen peninsula forms a barrier between the culinary space and the neighboring dining room.
Three wooden bar stools line up along the edge of the dining peninsula. Kitchen floor tiles are cut away in a curve to complement the archway above them.
Outside, a swimming pool is blissfully shaded under hanging plants that trail from a first-floor balcony.
The balcony overhang curves away, keeping in balance with the architectural arches that define the doorways of the home.
At the end of the pool terrace, a boho-style hanging chair is teamed with an assortment of floor vases and a unique small side table to form a pretty vignette.
Trees and shrubs make a green border around the sun terrace.
Concrete stepping stones lead across a pebbled bed toward a set of sun loungers.
Moving into the boho bedroom, we find another elegant arch around the headboard of the bed. A 3D relief diptych is mounted at the center of the arch to form a chic focal point.
At the end of the bed, a partition wall divides the sleep space from a dressing room. Inside the partition, a series of rotating shutters facilitate the flow of natural light and ventilation. A media unit and TV stand in front.
In the dressing room, a table with a vanity mirror is placed by the window where the homeowner can benefit from abundant light.
A bedroom chair is paired with a beautiful boho rug to form a cozy reading nook.
In the bathroom, a bespoke vanity unit extrudes from a stone feature wall to create one cohesively blended feature wall. A round bathroom sink is complemented by a circular vanity mirror.
Charming patterned floor tiles continue from the vanity area into a walk-in shower space with a bathtub.
The unique bathtub is crafted in black stone to match the bathroom basin.

This 281-square-meter home visualization is a project named “Whisper of the Woods”. It explores two ceiling and floor treatments for the same living space. The first is a dark wood slatted ceiling design with a fresh white polished concrete floor.
The second variation of this home design features a light-toned wood slatted ceiling, which stretches above a delicately patterned tile floor. Nesting coffee tables carry the light wood element onto the floor, along with two matching chairs.
A vertical garden wall adds color and texture to the double-height living room void.
A white modular sofa arrangement is grouped to face in two directions. One side faces the open plan kitchen diner and the other towards a panoramic view.
White jute rugs are loosely placed beneath the modular sofa arrangement, creating small islands of texture.
Deep black window frames starkly contrast the white living room decor scheme.
A unique floor lamp design places a bold boho accent.
The living room fireplace is a tall installation that towers inside the chimney breast.
White floor vases are filled with pampas grass to drop in areas of tonal warmth.
A modern wooden dining table is teamed with a variety of seating options, including contrasting chairs, a dining bench, and a wooden chest.
A contrasting black dining room chair boldly breaks up the wooden dining set. The black accent chair also forms a color connection with the window frames and dark ceiling option.
Staggered blocks build a decorative wall.
In the kitchen, a stainless steel island provides a sharp contemporary anchor that counterbalances the earthy boho elements.
Another decoratively stacked brick wall forms a light-permeable partition across the bedroom.
A huge dressing room forms a buffer zone between the bedroom and the open living room.
