Chic Asian Interiors With Calming Energy

Calming energy exudes from these three chic Asian home interiors. A peaceful palette of white, ecru, warm browns, and natural wood tones conjures a restful and welcoming ambiance. Stylish furniture silhouettes set out a modern aesthetic that is complemented by contemporary wall decor. Made-to-measure storage furniture gives each space a neat, tailor-made finish. Subtle archways add fashion-forward touches to the living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms, where they create graceful zoning. Home number one displays the elegant effects of two-tone furniture. Home tour two inspires us with an eye-catching ensuite bathroom under a terrazzo finish. Home three rounds off the collection with a statement staircase design that elevates an airy, open living space.

Panel molding builds a structured backdrop in the living room of our first living room. The raised molding is complemented by a deeply textural living room rug design. Fluted blades texture a unique ceiling fan up top.

In the center of the living room rug, a curved wooden coffee table offers an interesting silhouette. Two decorative vases provide a simple centerpiece. Beside the modern sofa, a black side table boldly contrasts the light living room decor palette.

In front of the wood coffee table, the TV is mounted above a modern fireplace. A Butsudan fills the adjacent alcove.

The living space includes a kitchen and formal dining area with attractive two-tone cabinets. The ecru cabinets at the bottom give the installation presence and weight, whilst the upper units are knocked back in fresh white.

Three white and natural rattan dining chairs pull out from one side of the wooden dining table. A dining bench sits flush against the opposite wall to save floor space.

A pair of dining room pendant lights add ample yet understated illumination above the table. Black and white photographic prints make a neat gallery wall behind.

The dining table is set up alongside the kitchen island, which has a decorative storage volume on one end.

Two wooden bar stools make up a breakfast area at the kitchen island, or a spot in which to enjoy a pot of tea or coffee.

Wood flooring flows seamlessly through the open-plan living room. The wooden planks are switched out in the home entryway in favor of easy-clean, hard-wearing floor tiles. An archway further separates the two zones.

The black and white floor tiles give the entryway its own bold identity. A set of wall hooks are on hand for receiving coats. Beneath them, a small stool cheerfully displays a decorative vase.

A wardrobe, entryway bench, and an arched full length mirror create a convenient dressing area on the opposite side of the entrance.

In the kitchen, double-banked wall units extend storage space.

The opposite side of the galley kitchen is home to all of the appliances.

In the master bedroom, a gray upholstered bed contrasts against ecru wall paneling.

A round mirror complements a unique, curved vanity table.

The second bedroom design features an unusual paneled headboard with a warm tan finish.

The headboard of arched panels extends around a desk and vanity table to create one cohesive piece. A modern table lamp offers reading light to the bed and task lighting to the makeup table. See more inspiration for table lamps.

The final bedroom has a geometric headboard feature wall.

A unique wall shelf echoes the angles of the sloping wall feature.

In our second featured home design, an arched window connects the living room with the neighboring bedroom. An arched doorway leads openly into the hallway.

A curvaceous coffee table design smoothly ties in the architectural arches.

The small sofa and pouf continue the curved motif.

Over on the TV wall, a bespoke media console draws a curved outline.

An arched shelving unit mirrors the shape of the doorway opposite. Modern sculptures, books, and handmade vases adorn the shelves.

A large, custom-cut mirror makes the tiny dining area appear much more spacious. The mirror backs a small upholstered bench seat.

An L-shaped kitchen hugs the small dining table with natural wood tone. An unusual beige fridge-freezer makes a stylish addition.

The bedroom is a calming combination of beige stucco and natural wood.

An archway leads to the dressing area and an ensuite bathroom.

An arch-shaped stool is paired with a decorative wall mirror. A floating tv stand curves neatly into the wall.

The ensuite bathroom is sealed behind a glass wall.

Inside the bathroom, terrazzo tiles scatter color under and around a freestanding bathtub.

A freeform bathroom mirror adds interest to the bathroom vanity area.

The bedroom that can be glimpsed through the arched window in the living room is a unique space with a built-in bed. The bespoke platform bed creates a split-level floor.

Built-in wardrobes are combined with a modern desk design to create one stylish piece.

Finally, our third home tour features a spacious open-plan living room with large windows. The influx of natural light accentuates a series of textured wall panels and the fluted shade of a chic floor lamp.

Abstract artwork introduces warm tones of brown to the light living room.

Outside on the terrace, trelliswork complements the interior wall paneling.

The kitchen is an appealing white and wood installation with a generously sized dining island.

A modern staircase design creates an area of interest in the corner of the open-plan living space. LED strips illuminate the first risers and a miniature zen garden that’s tucked underneath the incline.

A striking linear suspension light draws along the length of the dining table. A monochrome terrazzo finish calls attention to the kitchen island.
