A constraint based form: mixed-use building in Moscow residential district. The tomahawk-like form of this mixed-use building in Moscow (Russia) is a result of the technical limitations of the plot. The complex form is based on the constraints and requirements of the site: the KPLN architects view these constraints and restrictions as opportunities to create a new form and offered a very peculiar solution.

It’s the first flagship store of the fashion brand of Juun.J. It’s divided into two floors; the first floor comprising cafe and women’s wear, while the second floor men’s wear. We used natural elements such as light and shadow in order to express darkness within space using black – identity color of Juun.J brand.

The popularity of bubble tea has been shaking up the beverage industry in recent years as the frothy, effervescent drink finds a market of faithful fans. Bubble tea is traditionally made with tea, fruit, milk or juice and little pearls of tapioca goodness. But not every bubble tea is the same with ingredients, price and experience differing as brands carve out their niche in a highly competitive market. 蜜葉裡Ambrosia is the name we gave to a new tea brand and shop in an up-and-coming area of Shenzhen, China. The clients wanted an international studio to design their hospitality venue and brand and engaged Biasol to help make their mark as fashionable, modern and mindful. Wanting to share an authentic taste of tea without the use of sugar, 蜜葉裡Ambrosia uses sensory loose-leaf teas and the finest natural honey.

Bienhouse is located in the seaside, viewing Ha Long Bay, created for renting business. Initial construction status is unfurnished interior and completely similar to other Vinhomes houses in exterior. The house has a broad view, reaching the beach with a magnificent landscape, fresh air and busy boat and yacht activities through a short walk.

The project was born from the need to recover an old house located in the historic
center of the city of Mérida, México. Casa Deco is one of the few houses in the historic center of Merida that are characterized by having the architectural style that bears its name; This style was not the original style of the house but the result of a remodeling of the facade, so we decided to show the pre-existences both formal and functional that the house has suffered during its long life.

The design is driven by the goal of creating a contemporary family home in a consistent modern idiom that also draws on recognisable historical precedents. The idea of breaking the programme into a cluster of smaller buildings developed early, as a way of allowing the required mass to sit as modestly as possible on the site.
