February 22, 2026 Valeria Silva 0

MEAN* (Middle East Architecture Network), led by Riyad Joucka, has completed the Send Location flagship store in Dubai, a 300 square meter interior conceived as a place of gathering as much as a place of retail. Designed for Khabib Nurmagomedov’s lifestyle brand, the project is organized around an octagon shaped Majlis that brings cultural reference, spatial clarity, and everyday use into a single architectural framework.

The Brand & Its Identity
While we started designing a retail space for the brand, we perceived Gully Labs as a celebration of Indian street culture, glorified, unified, and expressed through sneakers and apparel that pay homage to Indian craftsmanship and the raw vibrancy of the streets. Every element, from design to detailing, reflects this authenticity, positioning the brand not just as a retail destination but as a cultural movement. Its brand language, rooted in local identity yet aspirational in spirit, has been seamlessly translated into the very fabric of its retail design.

ROSADOCE Commercial Building / REIMS 502

February 19, 2026 Pilar Caballero 0

Designed during the pandemic, this project emerges as a critical reflection on contemporary commercial spaces and their ability to adapt to new models of living, working, and consuming. Rather than being an immediate response to the health emergency, the proposal stems from a deeper question: how should architecture respond to a reality demanding long-term flexibility, efficiency, and urban responsibility?

ÃO ATELIÊ/SHOWROOM / Clube

February 3, 2026 Andreas Luco 0

The project for the new ÃO atelier and showroom at LAPI seeks to preserve the complex’s original characteristics: light and earthy tones, exposed brick, and metallic reinforcement structures. Between the atelier and the showroom, two planes of curtains made of light, translucent fabrics were arranged, which, while preserving the intimacy of the craft, allow visitors to glimpse traces of the ongoing activities. These structures also allow for different configurations according to the program and activities – such as launches, exhibitions, cocktails, and other events.

Verdant Ridges / Wutopia Lab

January 29, 2026 韩爽 - HAN Shuang 0

The site was originally home to the Xinguang Silk Weaving Factory. The renovated Building No. 5 has now been transformed into a versatile theater, seamlessly integrating Suzhou-style stage performances with medium-sized conferences. In architectural renovation, the common approaches typically fall into two categories: completely redesigning parts of the structure or preserving its original form as much as possible. Wutopia Lab seeks to break free from this binary and explore a new path. Inspired by the dramatic life of Tang Bohu, we go beyond merely preserving the historical depth of the old building—we breathe new artistic life into it.

Seventeen TeaHouse / Modum Atelier

January 25, 2026 韩爽 - HAN Shuang 0

The Seventeen Teahouse is located on the second floor of a street corner in Nanjing’s Caozhi Alley, situated between the bustling Xinjiekou commercial district and an old residential area, with no direct street-level interface. The design responds to its condition of being “present yet unseen,” while creating a tea space suited for contemporary socialization, balancing privacy and shared experience.
