The Alumuna Residences are situated on a challenging L-shaped site and are activating its dual street frontage to the adjacent neighbourhood. With the majority of the building’s form contained inboard, the approach is to achieve as much movement as possible on the two narrow facades – one on Johnston Street and the other on Rouse Street. Drawing from ideas of kinetic sculptures, the facades present as a dramatic concertina whose appearance is constantly changing through the day.

The building shows how we imagine people living in the future. The rooftop garden increases the biodiversity of cities, enhances the air quality, and cools down the building through shading and water vaporization. Furthermore, the residents share the garden to grow vegetables and fruits close to their homes. The idea of community is a cornerstone of this project. The image of the building is based on its historic appearance, which was demolished during the bombing of World War II. Unfinished, raw, and open, the architectural volume is a representation of its own remains
Urban planning and architecture. The apartment building with 56 units, divided into two houses, is the result of an architecture competition in 2018. The area of the planning area covers a total of approx. 6 hectares and is located in the Hanover district of Groß-Buchholz. Previously, the area was used as a hospital. Pardis Khane is a private residential project having 5 stories above ground devoted to 10 units of 120 and 130 square meters. The building has 3 floors below ground. There is a watchman room in first basement and also two levels for parking area. The sport facilities like the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and gym are located in the third basement.
Recent buildings in Tehran are expanding without observing specific principles and criteria, which has caused chaos and disorder in the city. buildings are part of the generalities of the city that the systematic and continuous structure of each building in the region has a great impact on improving the quality of readability of the city in the minds of the people. The project is located in the area of Sohrevardi and Malek streets in Tehran. Most of the buildings in this area belong to the 1950s and 1960s and belong to the architecture of the first and second Pahlavi period.
