At the corner of rue des Cités and venelle Neuve, the project is part of a set of 220 housing units and 150 student housing units that we coordinate. It includes 98 collective housing units for accession, distributed around 5 stairwells. The volumetrics are centered around the treatment of the facades on the new alley.

Located in the Tribeca East Historic District on an irregular-shaped site created by the extension of Sixth Avenue in 1938, 100 Franklin is two triangular ground-up residential buildings constructed over ground-floor commercial space. The South building at six floors has three full-floor units and a duplex penthouse with a private roof level and the North building with eight floors has five full-floor units and a duplex penthouse. The client, DDG Partners, acted as designer, developer, and contractor for the project.

“CASA JARDIN ESCANDÓN” located at 19 Agricultura Street in the Escandón neighborhood of Mexico City, the housing development is a mixed-use complex with Street level commerce. The Escandón neighborhood with a recent boom in past years, with that fresh and youthful vibe, where art deco buildings coexist with new contemporary buildings.

On the Eastern edge of the Czech Republic, near the Slovak and Polish borders, the village of Čeladná is surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Beskydy Mountains. Čeladná has grown in recent years with a number of significant buildings, including hotels and resort-type spas. The latest addition in the area is the Tee House apartment project located in golf and equestrian complex. The aim of the investor was to supplement the offer of services of this area with accommodation facilities and wellness. The authors of the architectural solution were inspired by the Beskydy landscape and also by the clear orthogonal division of the purpose-built buildings of the original equestrian complex.

The project is located in Kauniainen, Finland. The terraced residential building is low-cost state subsidized rental housing situated next to the Koivuhovi train station. The height of the building varies from two to five floors as it climbs the steep site. The façade is also stepped to break down the scale even further and to provide extensive views from the balconies. Thus the building adapts both to the terrain and the smaller scale surroundings.

It is a 12-story collective house built in the shopping area of Taipei City. People in Taiwan have devised various intermediary areas that go well with hot and humid climates in their lives. You can skillfully exploit the simple places on the extension of the road throughout the city and you can see the people enjoying meals and conversation. Is it possible to consider apartment buildings suitable for Taiwanese people who have created such a rich lifestyle but at the same time have a freshness in the 21st century?

The commission is framed within the Programa de Crédito Argentino del Bicentenario (PRO.CRE.AR) housing credit program, for those families who do not have their own plot of land and are willing to have the family’s only residence. The project is located in Granadero Baigorria town, province of Santa Fe, Argentina. It sits on state land which used to belong to the National Railway System. It is an urban development of 3.3 hectares (81.5448 acres of land), bounded by the railway on one of its sides, and by an unconsolidated urban fabric on the other side, and framed by heavily tree-covered areas in the rest of the sides. The proposal considers the solution to one of the two sectors into which the piece of land is divided, and it offers buildings with ground plus 2 floors; ground plus 3 floors, and ground plus 7 floors; with a total of 105 houses and 8 business premises.

As part of the urban development of Borkum-Reede a series of compact and architecturally sophisticated residential units are being created in the northern part of the harbour for workers in the offshore sector.
