Sky Club House is a production project that DOMANI researched in for Times Property. Architecture、interior and device display are all created by Ann Yu, Director of Creation. As a permanent building, the club has been completed in Time Berlin and Time Sky, and will be presented in Times Property’s flagship plate one after another.
December 23, Shenzhen-Hong Kong Biennale Lighting Branch opened. With the theme of “Jingkou Revive”, the exhibition invites artists, agricultural development experts, urban research scholars, architects, civil team building and video workers and other teams to showcase literature, exhibitions, installations, agricultural workshops and outdoor film shows , Sound workshops and other means, try to find a non-economic oriented development model and the opportunity to activate the community, but also for the moment of unknown exploration.
After realizing a series of the Noodle Rack concept for Longxiaobao, a casual noodle diner, Lukstudio explores the lightness of the rack design at their first Shanghai location. Given the 150-sqm interior corner in the Sun Moon Light Center, Lukstudio opens up the facade and showcases the dining atmosphere in a translucent latticed structure.
Inspired by the Asia Moon Scallop and the famous painting The Birth of Venus, Zhuhai Opera House rises out of a 57,680㎡plot of reclaimed land on Yeli Island, facing the city’s main seafront. in Zhuhai, China. The design is of two shells – one large one at 90 meters high and one small, at 60 meters high.

Inventronics Electric Vehicle Charging Station is located to the north of the base building at headquarters of Inventronics in Hangzhou. It is a demonstration example of photovoltaic conversion charging technology of the enterprise as well as a public supporting facility for public in the area. Architects are required to build a pilot charging station which can not only match with the electric vehicle background, but also be built as quickly as traditional petrol station in a standardized way.
The new office of Bi An Tian is relocated in the C3 area of the Ji Li International Art Zone, Chaoyang district of Beijing, whose animation film “big fish and begonia” won the best animation at the 15th Budapest international animation festival in 2017. The new office space was selected in an old plant with 9m-storey height. While retaining the original walled structure of the factory building, new foundation was provided to ensure stability. The interior new steel structure is added to articulate the new functions without interrupting the overall industrial atmosphere. As the district is full of plants in a grey color, the new façade is painted in white color and extended to the indoor space, with collocation of wood texture, to deliver the transparent and pure feeling.

Guanshao City occupies the southwestern of Shaoguan Old Town. Adopted the nature-friendly development concept, it seeks to preserve the original reservoirs, fish ponds, forests, streams, wetlands and other natural elements of Shaoguan, while establishing an innovation-driven platform. Within Guanshao City, Riverside Academy is an important part of the overall cultural landscape.
Keep the natural light with the lighting tube in the hog house exhibition hall
Before the design of hog house exhibition hall, we renovated facade at first. The design of pigsty is only a prelude, through this process, we understand the form of the hog house, and take a look at the high-tech hog raising of Huateng. These basics inspired us to evolve the architectural form of the exhibition hall from its basic architectural form. The exhibition hall continues the existing profile, and adds the lighting tube to keep the natural light and ventilation. At that time, the day-lighting roof was the only chance of this building. Due to cost, the skylight did not open but keep the natural light. When completed, the building stands between the sales hall and art exhibition halls.
