The project has a total of 3,400㎡, of which the ground is 1,400㎡. The ground is mainly composed of a community lobby, a previous sales office and the entrance of the underground garage. The 2,000㎡underground area (including swimming pool) mainly includes a sports club.
Lighthouse
Not far from the Fort Canning Hill, Clarke Quay was once the most bustling wharf in Singapore. Now it no longer serves as a dock for the loading and unloading of cargoes and its original godowns were transformed into a leisure neighborhood. Here is where HEYTEA launched its first oversea shop of the DP (Daydreamer Project) series, with “lighthouse” as the design theme.
Dongshan Public Toilet, located in a village in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, is a pilot demonstration for public toilets amid rural revitalization. The local villages, epitomizing the typical rural landscape in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, bears both mixed style and charactersitics of different regions. The aesthetics have changed as traditional buildings in the village disappears and resident population seek jobs in the cities. In this context, we tried to fit in the villages of Xiaoshan.
In recent years, Parent-child restaurant has become a new type of dining in Beijing, with more restaurants serving the purpose of including children’s playgrounds, creating an environment for children to connect with their parents. Golucci’s Parent-child restaurant , cooperated with the Beijing local brand Vitaland, focuses on parents who would like to have a quiet meal with their friends, but at the same time, take care of their children. However, when your dates with friend become a “children’s date”, it seems like all the problems are easily solved.
Introducer
Huzhou Nanxun Kindergarten is located in the core area of Nanxun City New Area. It faces Nanlin Road in the West and Central Street in the south. To the east, it is planned river course and urban green belt in the north, Nanxun Museum project in the north, citizen square in the northeast, and ecological children park in the east. With William Hezlitt’s design concept of “freedom to think, feel and do whatever you are interested in, complete freedom”, the designer has built a kindergarten with 8 classes of large, medium and small classes, which can accommodate about 720 children.
Before renovation
This house was a general set of one bedroom with one living room. With 43 square meters, this house was divided into separated bedroom, living room, kitchen room, and bathroom by three partition walls. Problems in the bathroom were especially serious with dark and narrow space. The damp situation of shower area extended to all floor of the bathroom.
Jinji Shangshuli is a high-quality urban residential project located in the east of Nanjing’s city fabrics in adjacent to South Jiefang Road with a total floor area of 35,000 m2 and construction area over 110,000 m2. Due to the readjustment of sales strategy, the former sales showroom’s construction was suspended after the overall framework was finished. After being redesigned, the commissioner of the project hoped to use the showroom as a future exhibition space of modern artworks and a place to hold art salon in order to improve the overall quality and style of the residential project while providing the city with an art exhibition space that is open to the public.
The umbrellas are installed on top of the outdoor shopping Centre in Longcheng plaza developed by Vanke. The spacious roof garden on top of the shopping centre can be directly accessed from the plaza and gradually rises to the rooftop level.
Although located in the city center of Chengdu China, the site of the project had been an abandoned floor for a few years. The floor is comprised of 80% indoor space and 20% outdoor area, while the height of the indoor space is as low as 2.5m in general, no higher than 2.3m at certain locations, there was an extremely strong contrast between dark and bright on site.
The project is located in the center of Haiyan Town, Zhejiang Province, a representative small town in the Yangtze River Delta. Two buildings of a former granary built in the 1980s are preserved and transformed into a “living hall” for the city. Its main functions include a folk culture exhibition, an urban and rural construction exhibition, and a multi-functional hall.
