A Window to the Lake. From the first visits to Bariloche touring lands, we noticed that there are very few places that allow the lake to be seen from the street. This got us thinking and it started to become the guiding idea of our project. “Maintaining public views and intervening as little as possible in the lot.” That is why we respect the natural slopes of the place, channel the existing stream, and leave the view clear towards the lake.

Casa TF is a single-family home located in southern Chile, Los Lagos region, Puerto Varas commune.

Rancho Santa Martha is a Home that provides education to children from low-income backgrounds. Casa Estudiantes is the accommodation for them to continue their university studies. The architectural program is as follows: Women’s room with bathroom, men’s room with bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, caretaker’s room with bathroom, laundry room, and parking. The building is located 13 meters above a secondary street and 16 meters above a primary street, with a 15-minute walk to the university, and close access to bus stops and grocery stores, making it an ideal location for the project’s development. 

Plataforma Point is a complex located in the El Rosedal community, Santa María Colotepec, Oaxaca, on a seaside plot.

Casa Plaza is located 200 meters above sea level on the south slope of Lake Gutiérrez in San Carlos de Bariloche, Rio Negro Province, Argentina, surrounded by a large Coihues forest with great views of the lake axis.

Located within the Rice University campus, the Harris Gully Natural Area is a restored watershed consisting of several microhabitats, from wet savannah to dense forests and shrublands.

Architecture studios Palma (Mexico) and NULA.STUDIO (Madrid) have joined forces to create Fake Realness, a space that explores the boundaries between reality and material fiction. Their joint proposal is an installation within the URVANITY contemporary art fair that investigates the creation of new materials in collaboration with TARKETT and revalues elements where technological evolution and infinite recycling directly question existing perceptions of artificiality.
