The project emerges as a repetition model of a line of high-performance and energy-efficient industrialized houses that combine architectural design, precision engineering, and industrial capacity.
Located in the district of Cambyretá, southern Paraguay, the house is located on an irregular lot within a mostly residential urban area.
House in the Countryside is located on a one-hectare lot in the town of Cañuelas. In a rural environment, where the landscape presence of the Pampas plain is strongly imposed.
The site. The site is located 180 kilometers north of the city of Buenos Aires on Route 9 in El Paraíso, which is located in the Ramallo district. The site is quite dominated by history with natural characteristics since it has two landscape areas: the countryside, which we think is extended to infinite levels, and the forest surrounded by millennial trees, which dominates a large part of the land, generating wooded landscapes.
La Plata is going through a process of constant expansion that grows beyond its original boundaries and extends to the cities that form the Gran La Plata area.
El Roser Social Centre is laid out in the old prison in Reus, a building listed as a Cultural Asset of Local Interest and included in the Inventory of Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. The facility is an innovative program in Spain. It comprises a shelter for the homeless, a soup kitchen, and a community space, bringing together all the social services of the city, which makes it the first comprehensive facility of its kind.
Ephemeral architecture has infinite opportunities for the creation of conscious interventions that have a positive impact on society and the environment. Unfortunately, in contemporary society, ephemeral architecture is mainly used for trade fairs, leaving this architectural typology as a negative symptom of global consumerism.

The project CUPA-422 (a) is located on the top floor of building “A” of the Centro Urbano Presidente Alemán (CUPA). With only 60 m2, this apartment unit is one of the 1,080 homes that conform to the iconic group of modern buildings known as the first multifamily in Mexico, a vertical housing project with multiple amenities and significant extensions of green areas completed in 1949. Designed by architect Mario Pani, CUPA incorporates a mixed-use model with shops on the ground floor and housing on the upper floors. In addition to the compactness and stacking of dwellings, the multifamily is innovative due to its duplex typologies, similar to those in the Unite d’Habitation (1952) designed by the architect Le Corbusier. This typology is characterized by developing housing on two levels, promoting the standardization of spaces and the introduction of household appliances, which reflected the social, constructive, and technological changes of its time.
Casa Paraíso responds to a private commission for an individual home located in the Quinta Los Nores neighborhood, Córdoba, Argentina. The project begins at the beginning of 2019 with a visit to the lot, where we were particularly surprised by the enormous amount of large existing vegetation on the lot. The vegetation was located mostly on the final part of the lot, in close relation to the river La Cañada, and without any order or criteria, that is, it formed an irregular, moving fluid landscape. The first reaction was to walk there, stay under that blanket of vegetation, and perceive and feel what it conveyed. It was there that the concept of living under this mantle arose, locating the house away from the street, bringing it closer to the river, and enjoying living under this very particular and unique microclimate.
