The shop design for the flagship store of the Japanese fashion brand “visvim” in Shibuya PARCO. One of the important conditions for this space is natural light, even if it’s located within the context of a commercial building. Here, we decided to create the earthen floor full of natural light, to get the feeling of wilderness.

Abbott Claim Winery / Soderstrom Architects + Ferar Studio

As Beck Family Estates’ first winery developed outside of South Africa, Abbott Claim is a thoughtful expression in the built form of the rolling hills and beauty of the Yamhill-Carlton region. The project features custom elements such as a living roof, a semi-circular barrel cellar, and an underground wine library lit from an oculus above. Large canopies provide weather protection and screening for the crush pad and mobile bottling line.

Canal House / Tassou Associates

Located along the iconic Regents Canal, Tasou Associates Canal House (2020) seeks to reinvigorate a neglected site with a prominent frontage. The relation between the wider site and the canal was key to the design; the house takes advantage of views along the waterway whilst landscaping and planting are intended to help reinvigorate biodiversity in the area.

Senckenberg Quarter / Cyrus Moser Architekten

The Senckenberg Quarter is located between the Frankfurt districts of Bockenheim and Westend. The area marks the southern end of the new quarter “Kulturcampus” at the former “AfE -Area”. At the same time, it serves as a joint between the adjacent neighborhoods. In the year 2016, Cyrus Moser was invited to participate in the international competition for the new development and won.
