The beauty of Wabi-sabi, while moderate, modest and pure, also expresses vitality. The designers of this project pursued the simple beauty of nature, which is fitting in its own right, ultimately returning to simplicity after careful revision.

Located in the southern end of the Guangzhou new central axis, near northeast of Xingguang Bridge in Haizhu District, the project consists of the residential land in the north and the riverside public green land in the south. The latter is led by the owner to build a riverside park with the consent of the government. Among them, there is a public gallery which has been completed and soon be made public.
Future Bookstore is located in Guli, Changshu, Jiangsu Province. Study of architecture is the key to open the conversation about future under the historical circumstances. The client, Future Bookstore had a vision that this newly built bookstore can uphold some non-traditional function within such traditional context, exhibit books at regular periods.
«The idea for a new Telli Shop design inspired by client’s vision and desire to create a modern and unique space with various functions and services. We have considered the project carefully and have come up with a design solution that takes the existing concept of Telli Shop into consideration as the main design driver. Site. Cutting Corner is located on a busy alley in the Eastern District of Taipei. The client desired a commercial space that could accommodate shops, offices, cafes, and exhibitions. The greatest difficulty for this project was to effectively distinguish the public and private spaces while implementing a unique sectional design that highlights the activities on the alley. While the client leaned towards a bold and elaborate design, we found ourselves facing the challenge of connecting an elaborate design to its surroundings. As space is located on a hotspot in the alley, we took on the challenge of finding new design methods that would both an honor and enhance the street façade of Taipei city.
