Project Background. The overall renovation project of Fanzheng Restaurant and Tripsay Hotel is located in Yutian village, Shenzhen city which is at the intersection of modern prosperity and obsolescence. The new and old neighborhoods present the changes and connections of the city, bringing new propositions about urban renewal.

The project has been influenced by modern, neutral and industrial details. The neutrality is given by the balance of its materials and its shades of white. All its materials have been used in a bitonal balance of black and white, except for details in corrugated aluminium and the black rubber floor. From the beginning we understood that the brand is, as its name indicates ( Fresco means Fresh in spanish ), a place whose identity is marked by the nature of its simple materials, its fresh and natural products as well. From this reflection we have suggested to implement a nature of alive presence and prominent avoiding to fall in the use of static nature. This nature is form and function in all its interventions, they work as a light system and as an active landscape in several of its bars.

Casa Ribera is located inside a historical building dated to the end of the 19th century in the heart of a traditional mexican neighborhood named Santa María la Ribera, in Mexico City.

Tori Tori Santa Fe becomes the fifth project of the renowned Japanese restaurant chain in Mexico City, it is located on the ground floor of a corporate building in the Santa Fe neighbourhood.

Imagine an Asian restaurant inside a construction site at any chapel. Imagine walking down the central isle looking at an alter in the making as you appreciate the support of the metal columns and arches alongside and above you. Imagine the stain glass on the sides streaming in the sunlight and imagine hand-painted murals on walls.

Ñato emerged from the idea of creating a space where food and architecture blend so that the user can experience gastronomy as a sensory path along his walk through the place, starting with the imposing large door highlighted by a circular Guayubira handle and surrounded by nature.

The project is located on the site of a former soft drink factory within the most important industrial area of the city. Therefore the main objective of the project was to give it that industrial aspect with its raw materials, metal structures and its four steel facades.

The interior is inspired by the motives of modern Italy, the street elements of the exterior, the special feeling of the mixture of eras that we enjoy just by walking, for example, in Milan.

Woodfired, rustic sharing food, cooked in the spectacle of owner/chef Francisco’s Argentine open grills, sets the tone for Barrio’s elegantly low-key space. Barrio, meaning ‘neighbourhood’ in Spanish, is designed to bring people together in a convivial atmosphere, rich with natural materials and earthy textures.
