Highnote is a residential tower for starters in Almere and the latest addition to the city skyline. For the design, we came up with a unique feature: a triangular plinth that consists entirely of ‘urban rooms’. They are intimate, urban indoor and outdoor spaces, flowing into each other and enticing you to wander through them. Each urban room sparks its own sense of wonder, yet always leaves its use to your imagination.

Located in the city of Chihuahua, in the Panamericana neighborhood, a strategically positioned area with abundant infrastructure, Edificio Corredor is situated on an irregularly shaped plot of 60 m2, adjacent to a gym that previously housed an underutilized warehouse lacking ventilation, lighting, and a connection to its surroundings.
The goal of the project was to create a home for a couple with a teenage daughter that allows the family to host guests while at the same time offering privacy. They envisioned a home with a sense of sober yet cozy elegance. The 230 square meter apartment is a merger of two smaller units in a building from the early 20th century located in central Stockholm.

As part of the redevelopment of the outskirts of Larrey Hospital, the University Hospital of Toulouse has initiated a consultation with developers to sell the first land parcel, known as “Lot 1.” Traces of occupation dating back to the Neolithic era were discovered during excavations in 1974 near the Cluzel oppidum. Initially a part of the Toulouse countryside near Pouvourville, Pech David expanded with the development of Toulouse’s suburbs. In the 19th century, Pech David was still a rural area, primarily occupied by agricultural plots and wooded areas more closely associated with Pouvourville than Toulouse.
The new building project Vitalresidenz (Senior residence) Riviera is located in an idyllic location at the historic Olympic regatta course in Berlin-Gruenau. It is framed by a well-kept garden area with a riverside path. While preserving the historic Riviera Ballroom and façade of the former Gruenau Gesellschaftshaus (Society house), both dating from the late 19th century, a modern senior citizens’ complex with over 200 barrier-free apartments was built on the property on the Dahme River and a street-side lot on Regattastrasse.
The subject of the project is the Restyling of a private apartment in which, while keeping the overall spatial distribution unchanged, the living room environment is enhanced through the inclusion of a wooden carpet that characterizes the environment, warms the atmosphere and enhances the spatial perception.
An architecture that weaves the stories of the land together. A co-operative housing complex of 18 individual homes, each with its own garden, gathered around a multi-layered common ground. Built on a site with trees over 100 years old, with terrain that drops in height by over 2.5m from north to south.
The exploration of domestic spaces goes on, working on creative variations of supports and stages for everyday life. If there is anything like a standard family, statistically it would be this one: cohabitants of a given space, not necessarily coming from the same parenthood. They have different rhythms and different lives. They meet and spend time together at home, they navigate between different homes.
