Reserva Pedrinhas, from where all the necessary input used in the production of the ice cream comes from, was the leading reference in the design of the ice cream parlor. Through direct contact with the place, it was possible to transpose the most significant elements found there to the project conception.
In the architecture of single-family homes, the big challenge revolves around making the home suitable for a family. At the Lake House this task is multiplied by three.
In an urban plot with 200m², the project strategy made possible the implementation of 12 1-bedroom apartments, all with 2 facades and two of them with a generous garden. The program also has a store on the ground floor, bathroom and communal laundry. On the roof there is a solarium and an area for parties and meetings.

Loft RLO was designed as a pavilion that seeks to capture a life inherently connected to living outdoors. A single-story residence with generous proportions, with just one suite, one bathroom, and two half-baths, that values being and living together, blurring the lines that separate the outdoors from the indoors. The project explores the relationship between occupied space and voids, from the entrance pathway to the glass doors that open up completely and vanish into the walls. This creates a single large living space out of a dining room, kitchen, porch, and pool deck.
The project is about the renovation of a farmhouse initially conceived to host monks in the XIII century. The house has been in same family since XIX century serving several purposes, inter alia, as agricultural workers house and residency of its ultimate owner, who conducted a material refurbishment in the 90’s. At the research we realize that parts of the house were transformed into a succession of habitable areas without a structured typology. The site still defines itself with patterns of wine production and agriculture in general.
Designed as a leisure retreat in a residential condominium in Paraty, Rio de Janeiro, CM House was created taking into account the land’s visuals and integration with the landscaping.
An empty 400m2, former warehouse located in a residential area on the outskirts of the historic center of the city, was the basis for the creation of vaga – espaço de arte e conhecimento, consolidating the permanence of the Anda&Fala Association in the territory and in time.
The Guardaroba project was developed in a peculiar space, a warehouse-style building that used to be a call center. The large structure was found with all the typical features and facilities required for its former operations.
