The two projects carried out by Studio had as their convergence the objective of corresponding to the magnitude of the space in which they are located and the elements that surround it. The first one to be carried out was the Pavilion with the leisure area, whose program presents a pool, barbecue area, gourmet kitchen, cellar, game area, spa, massage room, and gym; all these spaces are distributed in a functional way in an open and connected floor plan, ideal for holding meetings, attending to the client’s briefing – who is always receiving friends and family for celebrations.
Three concrete façades of three houses are set around a courtyard. Each façade displays a different arrangement of the same constructive principle: a wall of exposed concrete rises from the ground, then, at a certain moment, a metal grid emerges from the concrete to contain a variety of local stones stacked on top of each other, until finally, the grid contains nothing but air.
In order to bring the existing spaces of Casa Caburi in line with the current lives of its inhabitants in São Paulo, the Interior Design by ARCHITECTS OFFICE reveals the essence of the home, translating important words such as coziness, integration, and timelessness into the furniture, color palette, collected items, and family heirlooms.
The Store was designed to highlight the beauty and perfection with which Lolitta’s clothes are made. We started with the idea of creating a space without excesses, where the clothes become the protagonist. For this purpose, the project is entirely done in a single color and the same tone of light, generating a certain sensation of virtual reality.
Located in the high Jardim Botânico, the IS 100 house values quality of life and well-being, surrounded by nature and fresh air. The use of natural materials with low environmental impact, such as wood and fibers, is highly emphasized in this project, which aims for sustainability and respect for the environment.
A plot of land located in the center of Brazil, with dense vegetation, facing the sunset and a private lake, this is the setting that hosts this project that aims to; explore the views of this location, encourage leisure activities, and be a space of refuge.
The house stands in a corner plot of a small Portuguese village; it is meant to house three generations of the same family. Each generation is assigned a private space with a different shape; the given shapes are apparently arbitrary yet extremely precise. The communal living area is the negative of the private spaces and presents an unorthodox form. The relationship between private and public programs induces an almost obscene domestic environment (in the theatrical sense of the word).
Perkins&Will São Paulo has chosen bamboo as the centerpiece for the Bambu building, a residential development by Atmosfera Incorporadora, located in Praia Grande in Ubatuba, on the northern coast of São Paulo state. The façade features vertical slats of treated bamboo, which can be reconfigured by the movement of articulated brises, becoming a living and dynamic element that confers a unique identity in dialogue with the local ecosystem.
