This project is located in Pudong New District on the east side of Shanghai’s Huangpu River. The neighborhood, Zhangjiang High-Technology Park, is home to some of China’s largest IT companies, most dynamic start-ups, and several research facilities. Although this industry has earned the area the title of ‘China’s Silicon Valley’, the streets empty at the end of every work day. This was the context for the project: what began as the defunct Long Dong Business Hotel, originally built in an older style as part of a larger complex, would become a space to bridge the gap between office life and leisure.

LP Auto Gallery is co-founded by an outstanding young entrepreneur (L) and a professional racing driver (P). The Gallery focuses on redefining the artistic integration of supercars and refitted vehicles. LP Auto Gallery learns about the needs of the customers based on the advanced mechanical technology to make sure that every vehicle delivered to the customer is bound to be the exclusive one.

The site is a 300m2 rectangular piece in a typical office tower, but with one structural column in the middle of the floor as an atypical feature.

Situated in the Sanlitun district, a trendy cultural and creative hub of Beijing, the InterContinental Sanlitun distinguishes itself as a landmark building in the district. As a refreshing contrast to the contemporary buildings in the area, the hotel’s facade features a hexagon-patterned steel structure integrated with LED lights to give the tower an interesting texture by day and a compelling light show by night. The project includes a 305-key InterContinental Hotel, 48 luxury apartments and a 40,000-sq.-m. boutique retail mall.

Situated in the heart of downtown Taipei, Lao Wang Hot Pot seems to have inherited the streaming lights of the city. Like a torch sparkling with seduction, the restaurant’s spectral pattern creates a stage as much a visual feast as it is a culinary one.

Sports facilities such as gymnasiums and swimming pools are typically stand-alone spaces inserted into school campuses. Their substantial singular volumes contrast with other academic buildings formed by smaller and repetitive learning units. These “black boxes” are difficult to relate to other buildings architecturally because of their size and hermetic character.

OTA FINE ARTS gallery is located in Shanghai West Bund Culture & Art Pilot Zone, it is the first time settled in China, which is also the third gallery following the gallery of Tokyo and Singapore. 2017 is the 23rd year since the OTA FINE ARTS was founded. As the founder, Hidenori Ota is the most important promoter of Japan’s contemporary national treasure artist Kusama Yayoi. He hopes to continue to provide the platform to more Asian cutting-edge artists and expands the new direction of the Asian contemporary art.

The concept of Xifeng Bridge is the spread-open wings of a phoenix, which is an auspicious bird and a symbol of peace and harmony. The ancients believed that phoenix would fly over if the world is in peace and prosperity. The oracle of “Feng” is like the oracle of wind, meaning the omnipresent and spiritual power of wind.”Huang” is pronounced like the “Emperor” in Chinese, meaning the supreme power. Therefore, phoenix is also the symbol of Chinese imperial power, and is usually paired with dragon, which is a symbol of lucky and harmony.

H Academy primarily offers hairdressing courses including hair cutting, dyeing, perming, and additionally, make-up, and nail art. The plan focuses on the teaching process and how the program functions. The teaching consists of academic and practical learning. More complicated activities would be performed in practical learning, so there is only one classroom for academic and two for practical.
