Dongsi Culture Centre, formerly known as Dongsi 77 Courtyard, is located in one of the 25 historical and cultural heritage areas in the old city centre of Beijing. It has been set up as the first historical and cultural region in China. In order to alleviate the non-core functions of capital, the project focuses on its historical context, protecting the ancient capital scenery and cultural assets.
Air-Mountain is a multi-purpose pavilion of Oct Phoenix Flower Carnival in 2019. During the event, the interior space of the building will serve as the venue for the concert, theatrical performance, forum and workshop of the event;At the same time, the external space shaped by its architecture form is also used as a public leisure place open to visitors, who are free to climb, sit, lie on its multidimensional surface. Air- Mountain is a multi-functional building, but also a natural terrain of people freely imagine and activities.

The Bar-Ji is located in the shopping street of Zhuji Changnongtang. The entire street is an antique Chinese-style building complex. In order to match the traditional Chinese style of the entire complex, while meeting the needs of modern bar business format, we adopt a spatial jump strategy, set up a progressive spatial order, resolve the contradiction between the format and style, and weaken the opposition between indoor and outdoor. Experience a wonderful space jump experience from the outdoor into the room.
In order to improve the aesthetics of the campus and surrounding communities, the TAIWAN Ministry of Education takes into account the natural environment, the local culture, the needs of the school and the overall aesthetics of the education field, highlights the regional environmental characteristics of the school, and creates a beautiful and co-educational field between the campus and the adjacent community. Before Design
Gestalt psychology states that the most mature and perfect shapes are complex yet united, exhibiting Fragmant’s principle. Kindergartens are stereotypically multi-colored, yet our designers have broken existing conventions and presented a pure, simple and interesting building in light of the theory that children’s brains simplify complex shapes automatically in their minds.
The courtyard is located in the south of Houhainan and the Xiaoxiang Fenghutong to the north of Gongwangfu. It is less than 100 meters away from Houhai. It was originally an abandoned courtyard with a better pattern and not very dilapidated architectural appearance. There are two main rooms and one west chamber, one in the east, and one kitchen built later.
The project is located in the Hutong of the Beijing West Grinding Factory, a small courtyard originally known as Ruihua Dyestuff in the Republic of China. This project is designed to transform the historic traditional courtyard into an attractive long-term rental apartment in Beijing.
Background and Challenges
The site is located between two ferry stations on the Huangpu River of Shanghai with a 1.2-km shoreline，which included municipal facilities such as water, power and gas plants a century ago. A large number of factories related to textiles and manufacturing have brought a long-term prosperity which has continued to promote the growth of industry-related population. The population density of Yangpu District now has exceeded 20,000/km2, which makes the lack of public open space of the aging communities.
