A throw away comment by one half of our clients, a gentleman in his late 70’s and an artist of national if not international standing; that he’d never had a house designed for him, for them, a home… This resonated with us. His excitement and expectation of the possibilities was palpable, as was the gentle understanding that time to experience this home was not open ended. It reinforced the precious opportunity a client gifts their architect.
This project is located at the beginning of Sattar Khan Street and near Tohid square, the old building of this project is about 40 years ago. After accurate examining and detailed analysis of the building conditions, we faced some important drawbacks; for example, one center line of metal column started from the main facade of the store completely and passed through the middle of the store, and as a result, all the ideas about the design affected the facade negatively and the interior plan of the restaurant.
GRANHAND is a Korean perfume brand based in Seoul. This is the flagship store of GRANHAND, a perfume brand in Seoul, Korea. The standout feature of this project is that it maintains the flat structure of the old house built in the 1970s, which has been transformed into a commercial space.
Janani is a 2200-square-foot home situated on the outskirts of Thrissur, Kerala. Nestled within the architectural beauty of a classic home that accepts natural light and green spaces is a family of four, whose strong emotional ties serve as the foundation for the overall design. Think of this family as the components of a chemical compound: the mother is a kind teacher, and the father is an excise officer. Together, they have two lovely children.

The design vision behind Cavern House was inspired by the captivating formations and expansive spaces found within caves. The aim was to create a residence that offers immersive spatial experiences while fostering familial bonds. To surprise visitors upon entry, the main entrance was concealed behind a windowless facade, and a transition from a modest foyer to a series of interconnected spaces extending toward the rear of the house was created.
Located within the 4th arrondissement of Paris, near the Place de Bastille, Paris Apartment is situated in the prominent baroque Hotel de Sagonne, designed by Jules Hardouin-Mansart in 1668 as his personal Parisian residence. Converted from a single residence into multiple apartments in the mid-20th century, the unit underwent a partial renovation in the 1970s, which significantly altered some of the original architectural details. The Hotel de Sagonne is protected under the highest level of heritage classification in Paris, and any alterations are meticulously reviewed to maintain its historic features.
“Building with Mushrooms: Broche Coffee Shop” – Our latest project, Broche, is a compact coffee shop nestled at an intersection in one of Oxford’s historic residential neighborhoods. Given the neighborhood’s protected status, our goal was to refresh this understated corner, making it both inviting and comfortable while respecting its context.
