This weekend house is created by uniting volumes to make an L shape with a covered roof. Patios are inserted into the longest volume, preserving pre-exiting trees on site, allowing vegetation to take over the project, and creating a house-in-a-courtyard (but a house without courtyards). In these ways, the house interweaves vegetation and explores the patio typology.  

A Credit Union had a history of building individual relationships between its staff and its members, and between its brand and the larger community. The Credit Union wanted to establish a presence on a small corner lot (formerly housing a gas station) within the Memphis Medical District. 

The mixed-use Andares complex designed by Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos is the visionary urban complex that has positioned the Puerta de Hierro zone as a new center for the city of Zapopan. The Andares Master Plan formally commenced in 2009 with the building of the shopping mall and the high-rise residential building, but an expansion was always planned.

Rancho San Francisco is part of a bigger project that integrates a community of multi-familiar properties or ranches that share common grounds as well as the amenities to create a solid sense of community. 

‘Yemeksepeti Park’ is located in the centre of İstanbul on Büyükdere Street in Levent. It covers an area of 9,283 m² and serves as the Headquarter of Yemeksepeti. Because the company provides services for 7/24, the continuous dynamic life style has formed the base for the main concept of the project. At the entrance people are welcomed with a five floor high gallery with five flying bridges. Bridges all have a unique name and theme color and they bind the floors with the sleeping rooms. The sleeping rooms also follow the theme colors and names, and each have an area of 8 m². They operate as self-refreshing areas in the building. Each floor’s design was based on the different departments’ needs and as a whole the designs express the differences of these needs through use of colors, themes and ideas. The color schema of the floors were derived from the company’s logo. The colors start with a yellow tone and finish with a dark red tone. The cores include technical rooms, WC’s, and other storage rooms. Kitchenettes are located at the entrances of each floor seperated by semipermable fixtures.

The building of a golf course is located in the district of Ežeraičiai in the area of ‘the V Golf Club’, which is designed according to the standards of the American Golf Association and belongs to ‘Pre-ferred Golf’, one of the world’s leading golf resort associations.

Situated near Melbourne on the Mornington Peninsula, this project on the Mornington foreshore creates two double storey houses on a lot facing Port Phillip Bay and bordering the mouth of a local creek.

The BE house is in a residential area of Tigre, Buenos Aires.

The Government of Senegal, financially assisted by the World Bank, decided to start an ambitious plan to improve several universities in the country, commissioning IDOM to carry out the project and site supervision for a new lecture room building for 1,500 students at the University of Bambey, to the West of the country. The plan includes lecture rooms for 50 and 100 students, a 500 seat lecture hall, laboratories, computer rooms and offices for the teaching body, all distributed over an enclosed built-up area of 4,200 m2 and 11,500 m2 of urbanised area.
