The house is located in Itanhangá, a residential neighborhood at the beginning of Barra da Tijuca, in Rio de Janeiro. The lot, once virgin, lies within the dense Tijuca Forest, surrounded by native vegetation and picturesque topography.

 This new facility building, designed to be a clinic and an administrative and training center for the development of actions of urban and social regeneration is located at the entrance of the port areas of the city of Motril, in an enclave of little urban value but with a clear condition gateway to the neighborhood. The building proposal seeks on the one hand to be adapted in scale to the environment, but without sacrificing to become a recognizable reference as befits the public use for which it is intended. The building, which is developed on a plot of facilities along with other buildings already constructed, is designed for simple and intuitive way through the duality of the uses contains:

Casa fede is a project that falls within the framework of the program “Pro.cre.ar Bicentenario” (Argentine Bicentennial Credit Program for Single Family Housing), a line of credits accessible for the construction of a first family home in the Republica Argentina, awarded since 2012.

The Piacenza Building arises from a commission to design a multi-residential building on a small site designated for medium rise development. Constructions from 7 to 10 storeys surround the site, however, given the site area, we were only allowed to develop five storeys and a sixth floor with larger setbacks on the sides.

The project involves the renovation and expansion of a single dwelling of the early 70 ‘s, located in a residential area in Abano Terme. The project site is spread over two floors above ground and it is faithful to the original plan involving four large rooms on each floor, distributed through a central corridor. The functional needs of the clients matched with the existing distribution, whereby the proposed project will preserve as much of the existing masonry as feasible, without subverting the original plans, and in turn resulting in an economically sustainable project.

The house is located in the Sierra de Mazamitla, 120 km from the city of Guadalajara, in a narrow and stretched parcel with a considerable slope whose peculiarity is a middle-aged pine as a leading element. The project was born through respecting the pine as an articulating part of the house.

In 2017 Roberto Di Donato Architecture completed the challenging renovation of an apartment unit located in an early 20th century listed building in the heart of Valencia.
