The house was built at the end of the 19th century as one of six hotels for the daughters of a Baron. Almost a Herrerian toy, it is a rectangle of 26 x 11.5m of granite masonry, topped by a four-sided tiled roof.
Tatakua in Guarani means the cave where fire lives. It is the clay oven, the stove, and the meeting place for friends. Located in Loma Merlo, a growing neighborhood in the metropolitan area of Asuncion, where urbanity and rurality intertwine and constitute a single landscape with typical characteristics of the global south.
This is a house that unfolds to look at itself, it is staggered on a sloping topography through the four modules. They are apparently independent, joined by two garden tunnels that make this house a single unit.
The project is a residential work and its design is based on ensuring that the habitable spaces are connected through a direct link between the private areas, semi-private areas, public areas, green areas, and terraces.
Tucana is more than an architectural project on the second line of the beach in Telchac, it is a response to the evolution and direction of the municipality. In recent years, Telchac has witnessed significant growth in the real estate sector, becoming a key point for important developments in the state of Yucatan. This coastal town has transformed into a thriving community that provides services and amenities to residents and visitors in the area.
CY Country Houses is a private residential refuge organized as a complex that has also been designed for hospital use. It is located on the outskirts of Valladolid, a Mayan region in the Mexican state of Yucatán, known for the large number of underground cenotes it houses.
The project consists of the intervention of premises located in the Polanco neighborhood in Mexico City, a tourist, commercial, and service neighborhood with a large pedestrian flow. On one side of the premises, there is a traditional ice cream parlor, and on the other side, a bank that connects Polanco with Lincoln Park.
Placed on a small terrace in the mountains of Playa Tamarindo with amazing ocean views, we found Wave House.
Perhaps three of the most common fears in this profession converge in the renovation of this ground-floor location in the Poblenou neighborhood of Barcelona.
