This is a house that unfolds to look at itself, it is staggered on a sloping topography through the four modules. They are apparently independent, joined by two garden tunnels that make this house a single unit.

In recent years, Telchac has witnessed significant growth in the real estate sector, becoming a key point for important developments in the state of Yucatan. This coastal town has transformed into a thriving community that provides services and amenities to residents and visitors in the area.

CY Country Houses is a private residential refuge organized as a complex that has also been designed for hospital use. It is located on the outskirts of Valladolid, a Mayan region in the Mexican state of Yucatán, known for the large number of underground cenotes it houses.

TANA Bar & Restaurant / RA!

The project consists of the intervention of premises located in the Polanco neighborhood in Mexico City, a tourist, commercial, and service neighborhood with a large pedestrian flow. On one side of the premises, there is a traditional ice cream parlor, and on the other side, a bank that connects Polanco with Lincoln Park.
