It’s time for equitable design to become a priority rather than an afterthought, writes Google’s Annie-Jean Baptiste. When you think about equitable design, what does it look like? In my mind, it means everyone being able to move seamlessly throughout spaces without having to think about how their identity might change their approach or reception.
