The house is located in the X region of Chile, in the City of Puerto Varas. This is an area of the country that is characterized by it Patagonian weather, with a long rainy season which determines a way to build and inhabit tied to the idea of shelter and protection.
“The loom” is the winning proposal of the design competition for Mesteshukar Boutique. The project started with a glimpse of memory:
Jajaus departs from the need of a compact home on a sloping plot. The low occupation of land for the floor plan leaves the south-west oriented part of the terrain for future use as a vegetable garden. Three levels define the project, different levels that offer different experiences of living.
The design intention for the CAMILLA AND MARC Bondi flagship was to continue to articulate the brand’s vernacular through retail signatures while introducing new elements to shape a fresh experience for the most recent CAMILLA AND MARC retail location. Aspirational by design, the boutique offers a distinct retail atmosphere, with a unique curation of luxurious European materials and finishes, collectively delivering a beautiful visual journey.
The program confines four different CEU San Pablo University faculties necessities (odontology, physiotherapy, psychology, and nutrition) in a unique 2.780 m2 space arranged in two different levels, located on Almansa 66 Street on the Tetuán Madrid district. While on the first floor space is dedicated to conventional classrooms and student changing rooms, on the ground floor the protagonists are the odontology clinic’s curved boxes. This boxes are arranged in clusters of four allowing teachers to simultaneously tutor the treatment of four patients at the same time, allowing communication between student and teachers without compromising the privacy of the patients.
Kayu-Kayu is a restaurant and venue space created for family gathering, corporate events and hangout place. This particular group of clients comes from various backgrounds; a wood craftsman, a furniture maker and a garment artisan. We found this to be extremely intriguing to include these clients characters into the design process from the beginning.
Playstudios offices, planned and designed by RUST Architects, are located in a complex of three industrial buildings in south Tel Aviv, which served as an exhibition and events hall and an old sewing workshop of Kastiel, Israel’s oldest high-end furniture company.

LAN, in association with CVA and the landscape architect Topotek, has just completed plot B, a highlight of the Grand Paris project, for a total of 900 residences, serving 1,082 students. Spanning two Urban Development Zones, the École Polytechnique district and the Moulon district, this large-scale campus represents the pinnacle of national higher education and research, and is one of the greatest student residences ever created in France.
The project consists in the complete restructuring of the two existing levels of the Orangerie media library in Lunéville. The goal was to completely modify its layout in order to modernise it and allow exchanges and transversal practices between all the different protagonists.
