The building, behind its unified facade, is subdivided into three sectors linked by patios, three independent but connectable volumes, accessible from three separate entrances giving access to the four underground levels and the seven above-ground levels. The 30,000 m2 of rental space is modular, ranging from 250 m2 of office space to 4,250 m2 of floor space. Net height clearance of 3.4 meters offers great flexibility of occupation and use. The basements house 574 parking spaces and 62 two-wheel spaces, as well as 3,125 m2 of storage and technical rooms.

Seasons. Feel the beauty of the four seasons in WILD ISLAND. Located in the WILD ISLAND Cultural Community of Huizhou, Yanho Kitchen and Bistro is a restaurant that restores the flavors of the four seasons with simple ingredients and natural space. The Cultural Community that has reshaped the original architecture for more than 20 years, is inspired by the sense of the four seasons, and delicately integrates the natural light with the local architecture. The architectural texture full of time imprints tells the birth story of Yanho Kitchen and Bistro.

Nagalingam Veedu Residence / Khosla Associates

‘Nagalingam Veedu’ in Tamil translates to the “House with the Nagalingam tree’. The sacred tree was planted by our clients’ family on this site in the late 1990s in their previous home, and the fragrant flowers resembling the hood of a snake have been offered in prayers by their family to lord Shiva ever since. While demolishing the old house and building anew, it was an important aspect of our client’s brief to retain the tree in a prominent position in the garden.
