We were commissioned to transform an existing 2-car garage into a place where the residents could retreat and enjoy the garden. On top of that, the need for a covered parking space remained.

Pine Concrete House / sugiberry
A one-bedroom house, connected through a terrace, to an existing multi-generational family home. With design provision made for the eventuality of barrier-free living, it is a place for the client to grow old, close to his loved ones. The building is situated on a hill. The parts of the building in contact with the ground comprise concrete, the parts that are not, comprise the unaltered repurposed timber formwork panels, that were used to cast the concrete.
Yutorie Atami House / Naoshi Kondo studio
In December 2021, Yutorie Atami opened at Shizuoka, Japan as a gasshukujo, or a “dormitory” in Japanese. It is a renovation project by Naoshi Kondo, the owner, architect, and interior designer – but not the usual gasshukujo nor renovation project you would expect. It embodies the creative attitude of Kondo, who is active in multidisciplinary design fields and always combines a unique sense of humor and edge to his works. He also questions the “renovation design” standards that are thought a means to leave “what was there” in the best way possible. Yutorie’s identity is established through spontaneous traces of intuitive decisions, something that could not be realized within structural creative logic or consideration of necessities, leading to a surprising accumulation of exquisite balance.
National Biathlon Center / THAD
National Biathlon Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Biathlon Center”) is one of the main competition venues in Zhangjiakou Zone of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games. During the games, it will undertake all competitions of the biathlon of the Winter Olympic Games and the biathlon and cross-country ski of the Winter Paralympic Games, setting a total of 11 gold medals of the Winter Olympic Games and 38 gold medals of the Winter Paralympic Games, and is the venue with the largest number of gold medals in the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. The venue covers an area of 132hm2, the construction area of the technical building of the track venue is 7,644m2, the total area of the track is 113,000 m2, the total length is 13km, the highest altitude is 1,766m and the lowest altitude is 1,657m.
Piticharoenkit Residence / VIVE Design Studio
The project is located on Lopburi Ramet Road, Hat Yai, Songkhla, Thailand, 3-storey residential house with a total used area of 1000 sq m., separated from the original 2 buildings but assessable to all and connected by the original swimming pool. The designer, therefore, turns the building to be visible from the swimming pool as the main and also assessable from the front as well.
Container Cabin at OOST Kampville / Tung Jai Ork Baab
Located in low and flooding land area of Nakhon Nayok within 2 hours from Bangkok, OOST Kampville was the project that develop from empty rice paddle to be the orchards and weekend house for multi generations family to get away from the city life. Small reservoir was dig out and the create the land area contain the orchards and the house.
