T3 Architects designed the Master Plan of the Coconut Club Recreational Park located in Phnom Penh, dedicated to kids, teenagers and families. T3 also designed the main building proposing different activities around hospitality, entertainment and wellness: organic restaurant, river view bar, spa, kids club, event area. All around the building, the idea is to create outdoor activities like bicycle tour, water games area, slides through tropical plants, observation tower.

The schools, which were decided to be demolished and rebuilt in Istanbul within the scope of ISMEP (Istanbul’s Seismic Risk Mitigation and Emergency Project), are designed in a unique way in their own context, on the same plot by increasing their capacity. Architects considered this project as an important opportunity for the modernization of the educational spaces.
HAYDON SHANGHAI is a multi-brand cosmetics store. Approaching the project, Various Associates extracted distinctive Shanghai-style elements and interpreted them through modern methods. Elements that carry the memory of Shanghai’s exotic old houses, such as reliefs, patterned tiles, wood with a classical tone, pale gold medal, and dark green hue, are combined in a contemporary, creative manner, which stimulates the recollection of past glorious days.

Horizon House is an exploration of the terrace typology with floating roofs projecting over the terraces and built form. This provides a deep shade from the tropical sun and also creates an ensconced spatial experience in today’s contested urban environments. Clad in seasoned hardwood and edges by metal girders, the large, cantilevered roofs project over a heavy-set lower built mass clad primarily in local grey Kurnoor sandstone.

The building is located in the historic center of Chiclayo. It is located on a lot between party walls, 4 meters wide by 27 meters long on average, with access from one street. Nothing could be preserved of the existing adobe construction, which was in a dilapidated state. The tall buildings on each side urged for its demolition and for a new building on the lot.
