Located in Bandung, Indonesia, The FE House is a serene home where every element is designed around family and the location’s tropical climate.The house consists of spacious living space to accommodate family’s activities but remain practical, so everything has its place and the space is easy to maintain. This house consists of 3 levels, with each floor for a different function. The main entrance area connected via a ramp that runs along in front of the house. The ramp takes you directly to the main door of the house. The first floor is a split level to create a semi basement area for the garage and service area, the second floor is the living and family area.

Banyan Tree Riverside Residences Bangkok / SCDA Architects

The Banyan Tree Riverside Residences stands out as a distinctive architectural statement on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. Designed to be an urban riverfront sanctuary, this 45-storey condominium is located just 16 meters from the riverbank, nestled between the Old City District and the Central Business District. The design strives for formal simplicity complemented by crafted detailing to create an iconic and finely textured silhouette along the Bangkok riverfront skyline. The all-glass façade, both transparent and ephemeral, is a tribute to the building’s close relationship to the Chao Phraya River, Bangkok’s legendary “River of Kings”, ensuring that all units have sweeping views of the water.

Brickface House / Austin Maynard Architects

Brickface is a compact building situated at the rear of an existing house in Richmond, Melbourne. It consists of a garage at ground level, studio living/guest bedroom at first floor, and a roof deck. A new pool and entertaining deck extends the home’s entertaining area, while the roof terrace becomes the missing productive garden. The main living area of the existing house faces south and opens up onto the new terrace and pool. The backdrop to this view is the rising high wall of Brickface.

Holiday House in Cap Ferret / Atelier du Pont

The terrain that slopes gently towards the sea is typical of Cap Ferret: a small forest of strawberry tree, yucca, and pines. The challenge was to design a project that would exist in harmony with its surrounding landscape and have a limited impact on the existing vegetation.

American firm Malcolm Davis Architecture has placed skylights over existing wood framing to streak the interiors of this San Francisco house with beams of light. Malcolm Davis Architecture was enlisted to renovate the residence located in Noe Valley, a neighbourhood in the California city known for its streets lined with Victorian and Edwardian style homes.

Restaurant Gütsch / Studio Seilern Architect

The high-end restaurants on the Gütsch at 2,362 m a.s.l. above Andermatt boasts alpine architecture with large glazed panel walls, breath-taking views of the Gotthard mountain panorama, and open fireplaces. The two restaurants are as exquisite as the location. The Japanese by The Chedi Andermatt has 44 seats indoors and 45 on the terrace. The gourmet restaurant Gütsch by Markus Neff has 66 seats indoors and another 145 on two additional terraces. Andermatt is a mountain village and municipality in the canton of Uri in Switzerland. It is located at the centre of the Saint-Gotthard Massif and the historical centre cross of north-south and east-west traverses of Switzerland. In the early 2000s, after a period of decline, Andermatt started growing again as a valid alternative to the famous ski resort destinations such as St Moritz and Gstaad. This new beginning brought in the area the need for new facilities to remark its role of new attraction pole in Swiss tourism.
