In this sense, Zhu Teng Space, a merchandiser specialized in aluminum alloy doors and windows, shares the same vision with us. Their showroom in Shanghai is a special project, which makes us think deep about the concepts of doors, windows, genis loci, space and time etc.

Plaza Jinetes / 304-A

Shopping mall located on Av. de los Jinetes, developed in a building of two levels for commerce, and two basements for parking. With a rectangular plant separated by a central corridor where vertical circulations are concentrated such as: stairs, elevator and forklifts. The building is unrestricted from its subsequent adjoining to generate terraces to an interior garden and double view for shops, which have prominent terraces to appreciate the different views.

Tâmega House / Labcity

This project was elaborated from the utilization of an existing stone masonry structure on the site that had orchids cultivation as original purpose. The existing stone walls established the arrangement of the floor plan around a lowered courtyard that suits as an extension of the living room, which glass sliding doors can be opened to provide a full integration between the internal and external space. This courtyard is defined on two sides by the building, on one side by a concrete bench and a concrete retaining wall and on the other side by a reflecting pool.
