The Ananti Penthouse Seoul sits adjacent to the Ananti Club Seoul in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi-do. It is located in a region densely populated by a 100-year-old pine forest. I focused particularly on taking advantage of the elevation of the slope to suit the brief I was given while ensuring the natural environment was respected. To maximize the benefits of the sloping landscape the mass of terraced housing was created at a setback of 2.4m, syncing with the shape of the land and ensuring that each unit was formed in harmony with the scale of the complex as a whole.

This project is located in Shihuyu Village, Jiuduhe Town, Huairou, Beijing, China. And this village is located at the foot of the Water Great Wall, surrounded by endless mountains. The old building is the typical traditional quadrangle in the northern China. There is a residential house over a century old on the north of it. And in the south, it is also a quadrangle. Cabin House / 100A associates

May 30, 2019 Daniel Tapia 0

A question ‘What kind of house will we live in?’ is concluded by an answer ‘How should we live?’. Cabin House is a house which contains the lifestyle as it is that clients want to have. Concentrating on the clients’ taste and requirements, 100A associates designed this house as their own perfect house. Located in the outskirts of Seoul, Casa Cabana is a home for a couple with two children. They who like to travel, have accumulated ideas about the house they want to have, while experiencing numerous hotels overseas. The space they want to have has different type from the common private houses that people can usually recall. It should give them a feeling to travel as a space like a resort in downtown.
