Stair-Case Malasaña is the result of an exploration on how to grow up in altitude using the minimum plan space whilst using the staircase as the generator for complementary activities. Arches and colonial doors remain in the final project, as well as the coexistence with the natural light through numerous skylights that timidly intuited in the original project of the late 50s.
