Tired of living in a house with a lot of stairs, C. and A. decided they want to live, and already thinking about the future, in a house that could works only on the ground floor, without the need to spend all day going up and down stairs.
The refurbishment Project for the multilabel shop MKR arises from the demand of reorganizing and giving a new image to the existing retail space: an unstructured and limited space, not in compliance with the actual regulatory standards.
Our LUCH 6 project was carried out in 2021 for Glera Games, one of the game development companies in Belarus. We received a unique site at Luch Watch Plant in Minsk, so the project was named after it. The historical building had recently been reconstructed and a part of it was rented out to companies, following the concept of offices neighboring watches manufactory.
Two years two months and two days, the writer Henry David Thoreau lived in a cabin which he built himself in Walden Pond, Massachusetts, his childhood town. In just about a space of 3 m x 4.5 meters lakeside, he developed himself as an individual isolated from society looking for inspiration of the natural and its origins. His time at the cabin, let him valued what it’s really necessary and the respect of life itself which leads him to renovate himself as a human and fight on social subjects at the end of his life. This means it’s funny how the toad is different when it enters than when it leaves the pond.
The site used to be the home of a family of partridges. The family continues to consider the site its nest. Τhe site is located at Ag. Giannis at the municipality of Kostos on the island of Paros. Its orientation on the long side is southeastern, with a view towards the sea and the Gulf of Naxos.

The aim of the refurbishment in Pujades 141 was to transform an old apartment with a very dark interior living space into a more flexible and luminous habitation, more adapted to the current way of living. As it was going to be an apartment to rent, the whole project needed to be done with an extreme economy of means but changing completely the perception of the space.
Nc lab is a laboratory of creative experimentation that takes place every two years in Bogotá and that emerged as an alternative artistic pedagogy proposal within the framework of the Educational Project of the NC-Arte Gallery. The project seeks to build spaces for collective creation and multidisciplinary artistic experimentation during four days, where more than a hundred people participate, including artists, mediators, and the general public.
