Residential community space – a dialogue of place with a variety of scales and volumes… The community space developed for vertical housing is a peaceful and relaxing social space. Its inclusive design allows the user to interact and be involved with the designed places.
In the heart of the Rivet district, benefiting from a privileged location on the heights of Brive la Gaillarde, the Claude Michelet multipurpose space and its park constitute a great opportunity to unite the district. The proposed project takes advantage of the site’s many assets while structuring the entire Platorama on a neighborhood scale, in order to create a unifying center anchored in its territory. The routes adjoining the facility weave promising links between the upper and lower neighborhoods and then all of the surrounding facilities.

When I first visited the site, I felt overwhelmed. The entrance from the parking lot was elevated, exposing the interior, and the multipurpose hall’s waiting area was always crowded—unsuitable for relaxation or community activities.
The Qinghuayuan Community Center is located in the Qibin District, Hebi, Henan Province. The densely inhabited residential community has a permanent population of 12,000 people, with elderlies and children comprising a considerable proportion, accounting for over one-third of the community.
Al Ain – Oases & Aflaj – Bait Mohammed Bin Khalifa (BMBK) is a heritage conservation project to preserve and rehabilitate a major building in the context of the UAE’s recent history. BMBK is located in the city Al Ain, meaning literally the “Spring”, and part of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The location of Bait Mohammed Bin Khalifa is near the Mutaredh Oasis and its main falaj, in the city of Al Ain. As a component of the World Heritage Cultural Sites of Al Ain, the house offers valuable insights into the changing social, historical and architectural traditions of the nation during the 1950s and 1960s.
Ruhstorf gets a new center. With the new construction and renovation of the Mathäser site and the creation of a central market hub, a place of exchange and encounter is being created.
We are at the summit of the Quilotoa Lagoon, a volcanic crater with turquoise water at 3,915 meters above sea level. The indigenous community of Shalalá promotes sustainable tourism in symbiosis with nature, valuing and magnifying it. They have a wooden viewpoint (built-in 2013) that enhances the experience with the lagoon, along with tourist infrastructure, and now a crafts center that, through its circular form, seeks to offer the same opportunity for each stall. With its cobblestone central plaza, it becomes a space that fosters gatherings and celebrations.
Mixing of new and old: Culture & Living Space of Dabu Village Songxi County. The project is the renovation of one group of traditional houses in Dabu village to form a new public space for the village. We try to present contemporary space quality and value by balance the preservation of historical features and introduction of new structure and spaces.
The multifunctional community pavilion is located inside the new Feroviarilor (Railway) Park, serving an important urban area of the city. Conceived as a space with multiple flexibility, the pavilion can host various community events such as meetings, exhibitions, concerts, workshops, etc.
