Terra House is in the middle of nature, at the Serra do Cipó region, approximately 120km from the capital Belo Horizonte. With practically a flat topography, the land has several mastic trees – which in the winter lose their leaves and, in the summer, keep their green crowns – and has borders, on one side, with an environmental protection area that has an extensive native forest. 

A naturalistic manifest: this is the definition of Villa M, a mixed-use complex to be inaugurated on September 15th,2021, in Boulevard Pasteur, in the Parisian borough of Montparnasse. Designed by French-Brazilian architecture agency Triptyque Architecture, the project aims to create a new pact between city, nature, and health.

The existing house was built in the 60s, one of the first houses in the neighborhood, when the Getuba farm was divided into lots for the agricultural cooperative of Cotia, bringing a large number of Japanese to the region.

The Alto Tâmega Tourist Information Point, open since september 2020, is the result of a public competition organized by the Intermunicipal Community of Alto Tâmega (CIMAT) that aimed for a Tourism Info Point that represented each of the six municipalities that compose it (Boticas, Chaves, Montalegre, Ribeira de Pena, Valpaços and Vila Pouca de Aguiar).

Ibsen House was designed to provide shared moments without letting privacy behind. With a functional and integrated plan, the architecture relies on resources that both create possibilities for enjoying time together and guarantee the discretion and zeal for intimacy.
