Kaye is a new thirty-one-story building in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood comprising 324 apartments, hospitality-grade amenities on the ground, seventh, and thirty-second floors, a co-working space on the mezzanine, and commercial space at grade. Grzywinski+Pons designed both the building and all of the interiors, as well as much of the furniture, for our client, Skanska.
Situated in the vibrant urban fabric of Lisbon, this 150 m² project unfolds over two floors of an iconic building from the 1950s, recently rehabilitated to embrace the demands of contemporary life. The intervention goes beyond mere restoration; it emerges as a manifesto of respect for the modernist legacy, reinterpreting the sobriety of the era through a bold and current lens. The central proposal was clear: to honor the memory of the original structure while injecting new energy that responds to the fluidity of today’s daily life.
Set at the edge of a clearing for the photovoltaic array that powers the main cottage on the site, Cardwell Clubhouse is an off-grid hybrid building that is part utility and part leisure hub. Designed by Dubbeldam Architecture + Design for an outdoors-oriented family who spend much of their time on the site immersed in nature and active pursuits, the clubhouse functions as the site’s central social and activity hub. It combines a multipurpose clubhouse room – doubling as a flexible guest suite – with a garage that stores outdoor leisure equipment for activities like racquet sports, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and more. An adjacent outdoor court for tennis, basketball, and pickleball (created in the clearing necessitated by the solar array), along with areas for bocce, horseshoes, and children’s games, reinforce the clubhouse’s role as a destination for gathering and play.
The Prudência building, a massive residential slab of 10 floors, was designed and constructed between 1944 and 1948. It is a highly emblematic and representative piece of architecture, as it is one of the first modern vertical buildings in the Higienópolis neighborhood.
Located in one of the most iconic urban contexts of Lisbon, the Zara Rossio project reflects a precise and careful approach to contemporary architecture in Portugal. Developed by Contacto Atlântico, one of the leading architecture offices in the country, this intervention demonstrates how high-quality architecture can engage with historically significant contexts while introducing a refined and contemporary spatial language. The project elevates retail architecture through a balance of technical rigor, spatial clarity, and sensitivity to the context.

La Maison de la Pointe was originally a small summer cottage built on a vast land ending in a point on Lake Memphremagog. A modest construction from the first half of the 20th century, it bears witness to a time gone, when summer vacations were spent in a small lakeside cottage. What to do with this rustic cottage, cobbled together over the years and no longer meeting the owners’ needs?
The project transforms an old house in the Pinheiros neighborhood of São Paulo into a hybrid space that combines an industrial kitchen, a creative studio, and an event area. Completed in 2025, the project was developed for a chef whose work blends authorial gastronomy, artisanal production, and collaborations with major brands.
Located in Monte Mor, about 100 km from São Paulo and close to Campinas, this country house was designed and built from the ground up by the architectural firm DB Arquitetos, under the authorship of architect David Bastos, who has been serving the family for many years. With 922 m² of constructed area on a 3,177 m² plot, the property was conceived to convey a sense of freedom, integration with nature, and warmth, catering to the requests of a couple in their mid-40s to 50s and their three children.
Set on a steep terrain, Casa GM was designed based on a longitudinal layout that enhances the view of the mountains and ensures privacy from future neighboring constructions.
