Located in the Jardins neighborhood of São Paulo, this apartment occupies the first floor of a building designed by Sérgio Ambrogini in 1973. The current intervention builds upon a previous renovation, carried out in 2021 by Studio Lak, from which some elements were preserved.

The House Scheid 120 is a contemporary, sustainable, and intelligent residence designed to integrate with the landscape through large glass areas. It is aimed at those who enjoy contact with wood and appreciate high standards, minimalist style, and advanced technology, as well as energy, thermal, and acoustic performance.

The property, located in the Southwest Alentejo and Vicentina Coast Natural Park, features three main areas: a higher ridge area, a plateau area, and an extensive valley oriented northwest, extending all the way to the sea. The intervention stems from a thorough analysis of the territory with the aim of establishing a strong relationship with it, incorporating it without altering it. It is governed by a fundamental premise: to align the experience of the surrounding natural environment with the very experience of staying in the hotel.

Located in the Vila do Golf area, House AL was designed to take advantage of the terrain’s slope. Divided into three levels, the residence offers privileged views of the landscape, both above and below the treetops, integrating its outdoor area, situated on the lower level, with the local scenery.

Forest House was born from a deep dialogue between architecture and nature, with native trees that reinforce the environmental character. The SAP House is located in the Serra da Mantiqueira, on a generous plot of land with a steep slope. The project does not aim to dominate the topography, but rather to accept it as a natural given. It touches the ground only where necessary, allowing the mountain to follow its course. Geography becomes the premise of the design — a house suspended over the mountainside.

The project is located on a property in the Douro Barro region – Resende – an area known for its vineyard landscape.

The construction of a residence at Praia da Figueira in Angra dos Reis faced the challenge of being built on a sloped terrain with dense Atlantic Forest vegetation. The semicircular shape stems from the intention to orient the building towards both the sunset and the open sea horizon across the island of Gipóia.
