Once in south China’s Shenzhen, Peninsula Education Group (Peninsula) came forward with a visionary idea of creating a new learning space to help foster the next generation. Peninsula felt the necessity to build a magical place that belongs to children themselves. They believed that a novel and free environment is essential for children to learn new things actively and develop their social skills.
Panasonic Center / LDL Design
Panasonic Center Hangzhou is the third flagship store in the world after Osaka and Tokyo. Adjacent to the West Lake, it is located in Block B, Jiebai City Outlets, West Lake Business District. Panasonic Center, as an experience flagship store, unlike other flagship stores mainly specializing in offline sales, it is more focused on offline experience and interactive display in close range, so that consumers could obtain a more intuitive understanding of the products and brand itself, thus updating the image of the century-old Panasonic brand in their heart. In this regard, after a close discussion with the project team of Panasonic, the design team decided to start from several directions within the extremely limited design time, so as to realize the business goals set by Hangzhou Panasonic Flagship Store.
WangTao House / MARCH Design
It is a completely individualized process to build our own houses from the ground than to buy commercial houses. I believe that as the policy and law change, this kind of demand will continually increase. But for most architects and interior designer in China, highly designed personal house building is a missing project which has few chances to practice. So I decided to do it to myself and build my home in the desert from zero.
PACO Restaurant / Pure’s Design
PACO is a food fusion restaurant with three floors. Brunch and coffee are served on the first floor. The second floor is taken as the restaurant and bar while the third floor is an outdoor garden.

Renchang reading is a design driven company, through the spatial operation to deliver the high-quality cultural lifestyle. According to the emerging cultural consumption phenomenon to integrate the “entertainment, interaction and experience” in China, new retail mode is based on the Internet, through the use of big data, such as artificial intelligence means to reshape the structure of the online services, offline experiences with modern logistics. The design of the Quanmin Changdu bookstore (Lang Yuan park) with the “New Retailing” business mode, has won the 2018 “most beautiful bookstore of the year”, and becoming the cultural landmark in Shijingshan district of Beijing.
WuliEpoch Culture Center / Atelier Alter Architects
WuliEpoch Culture Center attempts to create a triptych for architecture, landscape and interior design in the project. While the project is encompassed by the splendor Western Hills, the architecture and interior design put up an immersive show within the landscape. The distance landscape is introduced to the project in a dynamic rather than static way. A continuous path wrapped around from exterior to interior. The first nature of landscape and the second nature of the interior space join seamlessly through the path. The ambience along the path is circumferential and religious to some extend, as a way to worship nature.
