The densification on the main street is carried out by a volumetrically structured building. The North facade leans against the street space in the same degree as the historic buildings. The south facade with the staggered balconies is free of any formal conditions.

Kidron village consists of large agricultural estates, is situated on a plain turf in which the size of the plots dictates large distances between the various residential houses. Olive vineyards are the main component on the land on which the Aloni family house was designed and built. The idea was to design a “connector” between the front and the back vineyards. In order to do so, the house was placed in morphological correspondence to the olive trees, with the olive rows parallel and perpendicular to the front of the house together.

Situated in a nondescript subdivision in Tucson, Arizona, the Courtyards House is a desert minimalist reinvention of residential suburban inhabitation.

Apple Dubai Mall is reinventing the traditional introverted idea of mall-based retail as a more outward looking experience that engages with the spectacle of urban life. Its design is a highly innovative response to the culture and climate of the Emirates, while also demonstrating Apple’s pioneering ambition to create inspirational civic spaces for all.

The plot is located in the urban edge of the small town of Calamonte, on a land platform that visually dominates the surrounding farmland. From this location, which gives it a special value in the city-field- landscape relationship, leave the main formal and conceptual decisions that inspire the project.

This family home is nestled amongst the gums, cantilevering dramatically over the sloped site so it feels more like a treehouse than a regular home.

Apple has always demonstrated its immense appreciation for design, whether in the hands of the customer or in the manner through which they present their products in store. Located uniquely within the Palo Alto Shopping Center, this pavilion respects the expectations of the brand while introducing new and evolutionary ways to reinterpret 13 years of tradition.

The lot has 3.200m2, with 60 meters of front, with a difference of 8.00 m from one side to the other. Due to customers’ demands, an elderly couple with 4 children, the building would have to be eminently single storey and with all the accessibility standards observed (ramp, elevator, accessibility bars in bathrooms, etc). The main functions of the house – social, leisure and intimate – are distributed in a single prismatic volume that fits subtly to the terrain, without touching directly on the ground, through metallic pillars.

A neighbourhood family had a redundant piece of land, and offered that to “Het Da Vinci College” , a school for animal care and gardening, with pupils who require additional support. They didn’t know where this would end, because there was a plot, lots of enthusiasm, involvement, from the school, neighbourhood and city council, but neither the skills, nor the money to realise the project.

This project started with a very special commission to build a house for a family that collects art. It is located on a steep hillside in a very silent and peaceful park.
