Rumah Tahu is a residential project located in Sumedang, Indonesia, designed for a single-family spanning two generations: an architect and his wife, and his parents. Rather than separating the household into independent buildings, the project is conceived as one architectural entity composed of two interrelated dwellings—the South Dwelling and the North Dwelling. This approach positions family relationships as the primary driver of spatial organization, rather than merely a programmatic outcome.

This modern tropical house embodies a harmonious blend of modern design and the distinctive elements of the trop- a ical environment. Situated on a relatively narrow plot of land, the house employs a simple yet captivating single mass design. Fengshui principles are integrated into the spatial layout, creating a positive energy alignment. Catering to the client’s penchant for hosting guests and events, the primary concept of the house is an open plan, where the main spaces are designed to provide a spacious and open atmosphere.

The Loop is an experience-led space for The Wardrobe Company, a brand built around flexibility, customisation, dialogue, and co-creation, where kitchens, wardrobes, and objects could be explored as part of a narrative rather than a catalogue. The intent was to encourage discovery through interaction and conversation, allowing customers to immerse themselves in the brand ethos and make informed choices at their own pace.

The LUC Lifestyle is envisioned as a contemporary destination that seamlessly blends food and beverages, fashion, fragrance, aesthetic dental care, and traditional Balinese craftsmanship into a single elevated experience. Its core design idea is to create a vibrant hub that reflects the dynamic, international energy of Canggu while honoring the island’s cultural identity. This vision guided not only the lifestyle concept but also the architectural language that defines the entire development.

Gunawarman 35 stands at a corner in the heart of Jakarta’s Gunawarman district — a meeting point of residential calm and urban vibrancy, of heritage textures and contemporary life. The design embraces this duality, creating a dialogue between scale, material, and light.
