The sports pavilion with an area of 113 m2 was built in the suburbs of Saint Petersburg in 2015. The project is notable not only for its elegant architectural forms but also for unique building technologies used during its construction process.
The Hill House is one of Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s most significant works, one of Scotland most acclaimed buildings, and a seminal part of early 20th century European architecture. Related California, the West Coast affiliate of the nation’s largest privately-owned real estate firm, Related Companies, announces the completion of the penthouse and amenities of its highly anticipated residential high-rise, The Avery. Located in the heart of San Francisco’s newly emerged Transbay District, the tower is designed by OMA in collaboration with New York firm Clodagh Design (tower interior), Fougeron Architecture (podium architects), HKS (architect of record) and Jay Jeffers (penthouse interior).

1111 Lincoln Road was conceived as a framework for changing activities and uses. After several years of successful operation and the economic transformation of Lincoln Road’s western terminus, it became feasible to further activate the development with a renovation of the existing project and an addition of a new building containing retail and residential units on the empty parcel to the north of the former Suntrust office building.
The key to successfully designing or recovering public spaces is to achieve a series of ingredients that enhance their use as meeting places.
