Lister Tower / PAD Studio

Located within the New Forest, Hampshire, this four storey water tower was first constructed in the early 1900s to gravity feed water to the adjacent Fritham House. The attached cottage building housed the diesel generators which pumped water up to the top of the tower for storage. The tower was in very bad state of repair with a number of single glazed timber and metal framed windows which had deteriorated to the point of leaking.

The George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Theater began as an urban master plan designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects for an entire city block in Salt Lake City. Multiple stakeholders, the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City, and private developers were involved in enhancing the development of the area, which included placing an air rights office tower and a performing arts center on the same block.

33 m² flat – a compact multifunctional flat by Studio Bazi. The project was commisioned by a client, a single man who wanted to update and transform the interior of the 33 square metre flat, so it was a place with all facilities to meet the modern human needs. The flat is located in a historic house in centre of Moscow.

The old Caproni factory, built in 1915 in the eastern suburbs of Milan, has been brought back to life thanks to a renovation and redevelopment project transforming this old plant into the new Milan offices of the famous fashion brand Gucci. The premises in via Mecenate, which were used for designing, assembling and testing airplanes, have now been developed into a large complex holding offices, showroom and spaces for holding fashion shows and operations connected with graphics, as well as a canteen and restaurant.
