The filed locates in Jiangsu Jingjiang. It is long and narrow, with 80 meters in width and 390 meters in length. To reach the requirement of blue line from Water Department, the available field can be used is only 60 meters wide.
Intervention
Hangzhou Tides Kindergarten is located in Wangjiang Unit, Shangcheng District, downtown of Hangzhou with 16 classes as planned. The land is in an irregular shape, with a high-density residential area in the northwest and an urban road in the southeast. Architects hope to create a healthy and happy space in an environment surrounded by high-rise buildings and urban roads through design strategies for children to grow up.
Goose Hut season store is located in Beijing city centre—Beijingfun, which has a special geographical location and Beijing style cultural resources. It is between dashilar to the south and Tiananmen Square to the north. As a restaurant brand that paying attentions to culture experience, all conditions around the restaurant are very superior. Then it comes to a really hard question that how to define the forth store.
Leading the design of the commercial district of the site, Benoy is proud to reveal the latest Stage of development of Gala Avenue Westside in Shanghai. Located in Lujiazui Harbour City, China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) and CITIC Group are redeveloping the site as a landmark urban complex. When the full site opens later this year it will integrate financial services, commercial space, an arts centre, an upscale residential development and several public amenities.
On March 15, 2019，Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) celebrated the opening of Hudson Yards at a ceremony hosted by The Related Companies and attended by representatives from New York City and State government, civic groups, prominent New Yorkers, and members of the public. The event marked the opening of The Shops and Restaurants at Hudson Yards and the neighborhood’s public spaces, as well as the substantial completion of 30 Hudson Yards, the tallest building of the development and home to the highest outdoor observation deck in the western hemisphere. The milestone is the culmination of over a decade of work by KPF at Hudson Yards, the scope of which includes the design of 10, 30, and 55 Hudson Yards, the exterior of the development’s retail podium, and the platform on which the whole neighborhood rests – a significant technical and engineering endeavor in and of itself.
Garden Restroom is an award-winning public toilet in Salisbury Garden in Hong Kong. Unlike a conventional boxy approach, our toilet design challenges the boundary between public and private space by bringing in natural surroundings (e.g. sunlight) into the washroom while maintaining a sense of privacy to optimize user experience.
PROJECT STATEMENT
Lakeside Garden establishes a harmonious interface between people, nature, and history. The garden is inspired by a classic fable of The Peach Blossom Valley. The program and design strategy have transformed the 1-hectare slope site into a dramatic spatial sequence.
The library, lying at the northwest corner of Wuhan Huashan Eco-City, where there originally was a wetland with abundant resources, connects to the city’s sports theme park in the east and faces closely to the Baiyang Mountain Scenic Area in the north. The design, featuring five well-proportioned, lightweight and simplified boxes scattered on the wetland, expresses a concealing and humble posture into the current ecological environment and leaves the original ecologic landscape intact as much as possible.
Dayuan, the founder of the school, was once one of the best middle school linguistics teachers, later he became a businessman due to peculiar encounters.
