The project of the Athlete Service Building C.A.N.O.B. Jorge B. Griffa is developed in 2230 m2, of which 270 m2 are partially covered, with a free ground floor, four floors, and a terrace.
Corazón de Tierra is a multi-family complex consisting of 54 housing units. The project originates due to the great demand and current need for housing in the state. The site is located north of the city of Mérida in the state of Yucatán, on a rectangular-shaped corner lot facing south-north, with a surface of 4,700 m2.
The project is located on the rooftop of an early twentieth-century palace where cultural and festive events are held, in the center of Mexico City. In order to prevent the occasional rains to interrupt the activities organized in the courtyards, the owner of the property required to cover the three existing patios. Instead of making three independent interventions, we generated one single proposal: a continuous roof structure, measuring more than 50 meters in length, connecting the patios in a straight line, and generating new covered surfaces in between the patios. The structure consists of 45 lightweight metal trusses, each 1.2 m apart, dividing the weight evenly over the existing construction and accentuating rhythm and perspective along the roof. The triangular roof section is designed asymmetrically so that one side could incorporate a covered circulation.
Punta Majahua is situated in the magnificent surf villa of Troncones, it is a residential complex strategically located in a spectacular ten thousand square meter piece of land on a peninsula, north of Troncones, in the state of Guerrero, Mexico.

Estancia Lago is a boutique hotel composed of three independent rooms distributed around a lake. The hotel is part of a complex called Amalia, a project that integrates forestry and agriculture through an organic, sustainable, socially and environmentally friendly system. Amalia consists of an area of 400 hectares of jungle. It encourages reforestation to recover the areas with the greatest level of erosion and supports the local community.
