The design concept for Pharmacy Plus was to create an innovative pharmacy retail experience that has not been seen before in the region. The goal was to blend modern elements with a futuristic touch, creating a space that is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The use of cool and grey tones creates a sense of serenity and sophistication, while the touch of Alpi wood balances out the coolness throughout the interior. The design successfully combines clean and modern details with a futuristic touch, resulting in a visually striking ambiance that embodies innovation and offers a potential glimpse into the future of pharmacy stores.

Contemporary fashion meets  Hanoi Tradition – In November, Uniqlo launched its most ambitious project in Vietnam, taking over the heritage-listed Hanoi Tourist building in the prime Hoan Kiem Lake area within the Old Quarter of Hanoi. While Uniqlo is a modern retailer, they needed Red to achieve a balance between their contemporary fashion brand, the heritage of the building, and its historic location.

This project was referred to us at a time when its structure was based on a neoclassical design. The client’s request was to revise the design of the plans and facade in a modern style. This building has 5 residential units with an area of 330 square meters on each floor, one residential unit on the ground floor near the lobby, and three underground floors. According to the existing structure and the implementation of basement ramps in order to provide maximum parking on the mentioned floors, the common areas of the building include a sports space and a communal space with a movable roof on the roof and adjacent to the roof garden.
