Persica is an eleven-storey residential building that was handed over to our office after its structure was constructed. It was supposed to take on a conventional appearance similar to most buildings in this region but changed its path along the way and turned into a playful building full of trees. With its green terraces, Persica highlights its presence in the neighborhood and provides its residents with a pleasant environment.
The 13th China International Garden Expo Park is located in the famous historical and cultural city of Xuzhou. The park is surrounded by hills, creating a picturesque landscape. The Dangkou Hotel, as one of the significant supporting facilities for this garden expo, is situated on the southwestern slope of the park. To the north lies the main scenic area of the garden expo and the Hanging Water Lake, providing a broad and open view.

A warm place welcomes all members after a long working day and enjoy life together. The project is hidden in a densely populated and bustling alley, “ 485, Nhật Tảo Market “, with a width of only 2,2 meters, in an old famous electronic market with nearly 20 years of operation. Townhouses close together are also a characteristic of the urban system in Ho Chi Minh City as well as District 10. Therefore, proposing designs related to solving the outside noise, restricting views from the opposite neighbor‘s house, and providing natural light, green areas, and outdoor playgrounds became the inspiration that the design team brought to the house.
