A laboratory renovation project for Panasonic Industry Co., Ltd. – A laboratory renovation project for Panasonic Industry Co., Ltd., which develops and produces various electronic devices. Due to the preconditions of the project, where it is difficult to change existing walls, ceilings, equipment, etc., the inside of the existing frame is made possible by original fixtures using single pipes (counters, benches, storage shelves, exhibition space, whiteboards, perforated board walls, etc.). The intention was to create a diverse range of venues. The existing heavy workbench is reused, and the color scheme is set based on the color of its legs.

DKS House / MAS Architecture

DKS house is represented the typical planning situation of townhouse architecture in the urban center of Vietnam – a land for people to settle and live on busy commercial streets. This is a project with an area of 200 m2 and many disadvantages of noise pollution, fine dust pollution of the high-intensity traffic axis directly affects the quality of life, and the west direction sunshine has affected the house. The owner still wants to build his own house here to continue pursuing the family tradition.

The McGrath Family Performing Arts Center / Krueck Sexton Partners

The McGrath Family Performing Arts Center at Loyola Academy is designed to promote Jesuit educational values and to inspire the creativity and imagination of students. Conceived in close collaboration between school leaders, students, and the design team, initial project development focused on understanding common goals through Ignatian pedagogy. In early design meetings, the client leadership posed fundamental questions: “How can the theater bring the Jesuit mission to life? How can it transform the campus and contribute to an enlightened academic experience for all students?” Crafted to intentionally resist easy answers, these questions drove the team’s architectural response and became the foundation for the success of the project.

Yuji’s House / Goiva

With a narrow and short lot, Yuji’s House is located in the Pinheiros neighborhood, on the west side of São Paulo. The project is by the Goiva office, by architects Karen Evangelisti and Marcos Mendes, and the 40-year-old building, made of solid bricks, retains a traditional look on a street in the middle of other houses and without much car movement.
