Regulateur Housing Complex / De Zwarte Hond

The Regulateur is a compact housing block with 105 apartments, of which 79 are social rentals and 26 mid-rentals, built around an inner courtyard garden. The collaboration in the Grunobuurt was designed with the aim of making people live healthier and happier in their homes.

Lanserhof Sylt Health Resort / Ingenhoven associates

Ingenhoven associates designed the medical health resort, including the interior design, in close cooperation with nature and monument protection. Meizhou New Town Art Space in Meishan / Atelier Sizhou

Background. This project is located within the Meizhou Now Town of Vanke in Meishan City. It was originally a two-story neo-Chinese commercial building, with a terrace, totaling about 800 ㎡. The owner wanted to transform this two-story building into a community art space with a composite function of exhibition and restaurant, as well as an echo of local culture. With a tight budget and an implementation period of only three months, the project was considered to require an easy and flexible approach to the space to fulfill the function and ensure quality.

Comfort Seoul / Boundless

New Proposal for Public Sowol-gil Connection. This project’s goal is to connect Sowol-gil and Duteopbawi-gil, which were cut off by cliffs in Huam-dong Village. Beyond the nature of a simple device that overcomes the level differences of existing Sowol-gil approaches, we wanted this building to become a new path open to everyone and a space where people gather and stories are made.

Studio F15 / Axial Studio

F15 is the location for the axial studio. This building stands on an area of 187 m2 which is at the end of a row of a residential cluster. This building has a modern tropical concept with materials such as wood, brick, and natural stone. The garden-sloping design that looks focally on the facade of this building functions to create privacy which is also a barrier that limits the outside and inside spaces of this building.
